Camelot

I'm a 24-year-old student, writer, tutor, and dog mom (not necessarily in that order). I enjoy stalking Arthur Pendragon through time a little too much, but other than that, I'd say I'm fine.

Interesting!

I like the original idea of telling a story from a cat's point of view, especially the fact the cat has a "credible" character despite giving an animal human features (e.g. the ability to tell a story haha).
The author's style is enjoyable and feels "cat-ish" because of the use of cat sounds and sort of a dialect the author has come up with.

Exciting

The two main things I like about this story is a, the premise, as it's really intriguing and as a reader you just want to know where it's going, and b, that they're HAVING ONLINE COURSES OVER ZOOM, which is just so relatable at the moment and this is the first book I ever read to pick up on that, so well done!
The pacing is a little fast, I think the story might benefit from giving the characters a little more room to breathe before it gets hot :p

Unique!

I loved reading a story from the POV of a dog, that's so interesting and I have never seen it done before (and dogs are my favorite animals). It's a little heartwrenching, a little funny, just a perfect mix :)

Enjoyable read

I enjoyed reading this :) I like how the characterization is done, and the opening draws you in right away. There are some commas missing in long sentences, adding those would make the story flow perfectly :)

This is ART

This story is intriguing and gripping from the very start, and the amazing thing is that this isn't achieved by loads of action happening, but just by the author giving the main character's thoughts and emotions. The style reminds me of André Aciman, this is almost poetic!

Intriguing!

I love how the story gives enough information to get a clear sense of what is going on in the protagonist's head, and still leaves it vague enough to wonder what's actually going on. The relationship between the characters is very intriguing!

Entertainment at its finest

I think I just fell in love with your narrator? I mean, the start is amazing and the story and plot promise to go far, but I just LOVE the narrative voice and the underlying humor while the worldbuilding is still serious and credible. Great job, I will definitely continue reading this one!

Highly original!

The author of this story jumps through time as if he has been there (millions of years ago, then just decades) and their style effortlessly adjusts to the scene, which is incredible! Very interesting read :)

Jump right in

I love that I can say all the things I like about this book without a single spoiler.
First of all, the worldbuilding is done subtly, but vividly, which is a balance not many authors achieve.
Secondly, the characters are credible and sympathetic, and thirdly, the style of the author has this hint or irony and humor here and there that I love. This was a very entertaining and enjoyable read!

I'm baffled

I don't think any story ever surprised me this much before? This is a short story that takes you right to the action without much ado, and the scenes are action-packed and thrilling. If you're looking for an exciting, entertaining read that doesn't beat a round the bush, this is definitely for you!

Easy to get into

What I liked most about this story is that it is really easy to get into -- the author establishes the perfect balance between giving details that make the scenes and characters vivid, and still have the story move on at an enjoyable pace. The main character, Priya, feels very real and relatable because her thoughts, emotions and story are all there at the right time and in the right amount. The author's style flows well, and it's both an entertaining and intriguing read :)
The one thing I'd recommend might be making the chapters a little bit shorter (not as in, take anything out, but consider splitting them up) because some readers might just want to read for a couple minutes at a time and then it's easier to find where you left off.

I read this with my heart

I'm not a very avid poetry reader, but the summary of this book really drew me in. It includes four poems until now -- two of which I can relate to, one I loved the style of but didn't really understand (which is absolutely on me, as I said, I'm not good with poetry) and the fourth and last one stunned and hit me really deep. Awesome work! This goes on my favorites list, and I'll be definitely be back if you update :)

Master of cliffhangers

This story would be highly intriguing even without those masterfully done cliffhangers, it's amazing!
I like that you get the POV by both captives, and both their thoughts and emotions are brought across so well, you really get pulled into the story from the beginning. Goes on my favorites list!

The perfect mix

This story is the perfect mix of tension, characterization and creating an atmosphere that really pulls you in. I love how the pace is just slow enough to give the characters room to develop and fast enough to move the plot forward so it never gets boring.

YES PLEASE

I can't really say much about the plot yet because I haven't read that much but I needed to let you know I loved this story right from the first sentence! I don't know how it's possible to convey so much emotion and feeling in a single chapter. This looks like it's 100% up my alley, I'm definitely going to continue it!

Nice one!

I love how you use the italics and small "sounds" to give a better inside into your character's head and make them more relatable :) High School stories are not really my genre, but this one looks like it's going to be quite good!
