The Heat
I love how the author told just enough about River’s past to know there was a toxic relationship in the beginning and as the story unfolded pieces of her past were filled in. There wasn’t too much or too little detail when it came to the plot. I loved the imagery with a passion. Not only was the erotic parts of the story written well, the story and filler chapters were also well written. I loved the characters and the personalities the author gave them.
