Which is better: traditional publication or self-publication? (As in easier/brings more success/less expensive)
How do you personally deal with writers block?
What is the initial outlay of self-publishing and what is the benefits of taking this route?
Hello, Ms Casey! I'm beginning writer and really wonder, what does inspire you for writing? What made you believe that's you will be success? What did help you to write and move on?
How do you keep generating new ideas? And do you ever start second-guessing yourself when you're writing, or do you just commit to a direction with the story and full speed ahead? How do you keep procrastination from derailing you? And if it's not an issue, how did you get such an amazing work ethic?
How is it possible to write books so quickly? You are doing several at once and publish at least one per month. A lot of authors take a year or even up to 5 years to write a book. Your books are amazing and I've purchased all that you've published so far but I have not had time yet to read them all.
What was it like, starting out? What were your fears and goals? Who were your heroes or heroines?
I heard that 50 Shades of Grey was originally a Twilight fanfic, do you have tips for how to "convert" fanfiction into original stories?
Do you have any plans to write a Dystopian or Paranormal series that is either New Adult or Adult? Kind of like if you mixed the world of Apocalypsis with the sexiness and relationship in Shine Not Burn.
I have, for the better part of a year, been trying to publish a book I have finished, but I have no idea on exactly what to do next. My question is what advice would you give a writer who has finished a book but doesn't know what step to take next to get it published? Please and thank you.
