Modern monarchy

I don't think I've ever seen a story of royal intrigue in a modern setting. Looking forward to how you build this world and how factions make use of modern technology while grappling for power.

Aside from a few grammatical errors that could very well just be typos, I liked the writing. The first chapter was vague and (based on the blurb) doesn't seem too connected to the main story, but it drew me in enough to the point where I'll probably read the next chapter.

I usually don't like poetry...

I don't really know anything about poetic technique, and the deeper meaning of most poetry is beyond me. I liked this collection though - all of the poems seem to be relatively straightforward and to come straight from the heart. "Fear" is probably my favorite of the bunch, the one that resonates with me the most. A lot of them seem cliche, but that's not a bad thing at all - we're all humans, right? We experience a lot of the same stuff, and you're finding an outlet to express it that's unique to you. Overall, good stuff.
