Fabulous!

I never really give five out of five for everything, but this was so incredible. I really enjoyed this. I loved it from the start to the finish. It had me hooked all the way through. The description was marvellous, it was like I could visualise being there. I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed this. This is not negative, but when it says "Then it got quiet, too quiet," you could put a period/full stop instead of a comma because putting a period/full stop creates more tension. That is just a suggestion from me so you don't have to use it if you don't want to. Overall, this story is a must-read! Fantastic work, author!

Good writing!

To be honest, this story slightly confused me at first, but as I continued reading I understood what was being written. I love the writer's description and the overall plot. I would definitely like to see this be turned into a full story, as I think it would be great. The plot they have used opens up so many chances to write so much more, therefore it would a good book. I like how this story is original. I went in with an open mind as fantasy is not what typically read. Also, to add, I would have liked to see more descriptions of the characters and the setting. But overall, this story is great and I am excited to see what the author writes next. Kind regards, Bonita

A great story

This story was great. I was already hooked by the summary. The latter was simple but it got me excited to read the story. I like the plot, I think it was a great choice for this story, I only wish it was longer! The writer is talented and I can't wait to read more of their work. The only thing I could say to improve this is by adding more description, the writer could describe more about the setting, the fear that Kate is feeling and about the intruder. But overall the story is great!

A good book

I have to be honest, this is not the book I would typically read but I am actually enjoying it. The description and dialogue are good. I really like the plot even though this is not what I normally read. I have read about six chapters and I can't wait to read more. Furthermore, about the plot, I think you have a good fantasy story idea and I am excited to see how the writer will use this plot idea and enhance it as I read more of the chapters. I think this book will continue to be good. The only I could say to improve it is in the dialogue, the writer uses stuttering in some parts. When you write a character that is stuttering you put, "What-what" instead of "W-what w-what." I only found that out a couple of months ago to be honest, so that is just a little thing the writer can change. Overall, this book is good and I hope it continues as I read more of the chapters.

A must read

To start this off I have only read 5 chapters but I am already hooked. This writer's style of writing is great and how they introduce the characters is wonderful. The writer has created unique characters and given them each a different voice. As I continue to read, I am getting to know Anna a lot more. I like that in a book as I can connect with the characters. I am enjoying this and I hope the great writing continues. The only negative I could give is that the paragraphs and the chapters are too long and overwhelming. Maybe try and shorten them but overall this book is a must-read!

A must read

I haven't read all of the story yet but it is very good so far. The description is great and it really makes you as a reader visualise what is happening. I can't wait to read more and any more stories this author has. So far I haven't got any critiques as I have not finished the story. Overall, the story is great and I definitely recommend it to other people. Have a lovely day/night!
