I'm all for second chances, but---
Let's begin with the good parts: after around chapter 20 the storyline finally stopped feeling like season 1 of "The Witcher" and became bearable and I actually liked the ending. Not everything is "happily ever after" and life sucks sometimes (points for daring - I liked it!) Oh, and I LOVED that plot twist - did NOT see that coming and it left me all giddy inside! With that said, the way it kept going back and forth between the POVs, having to read the same scene just from another POV was annoying at best - there are better ways to explain actions than to replay the whole thing. The plot was mediocre good. I like a rejection/"asshole turned around" story as much as the next guy, but some of the things going on were unrealistic (I know this is a fantasy, but even sci-fi has to have some "science" in it, so fantasy should also have a bit of realism), tiresome repeats arguments and sometimes the so-called "grown-ups" acted like idiotic teens. Now, you probably want me to be done and over with this because as an author myself, I hate bad reviews, but I'll just say this: I love your passion! You're a true author (you know... the kind who lies in bed at night plotting a 7 book epic fantasy ;) ) and you're bringing your fantasies to life. It's amazing to see and I want to encourage you to continue doing what you love. You're daring and I would love to read more of your books because with practice comes--- well, closer to perfect ;) All the best :)

Every time I read one of your stories I always end up an emotional mess and this time was no different! The thrill, the terror, the twists...! JUST PERFECT! I absolutely love all of your books and this one is no exception. It's the best of both worlds: MCs and werewolves! LOVED IT!

It's an interesting and different story and I loved how the asshole mate finally was dumped. But I also wished that the love story between the two lovers was more elaborated, it felt rushed and I had a hard time cheering on them as a couple. And the action in the end was very anticlimactic. But all in all I LOVED the plot and the strong characters 😊

A shifter mystery that leaves you cringing at every turn - while you also want to strangle the main lead for being so indecisive.
But overall a good mystery romance I don't regret reading 😊

I really enjoyed the story ❤️ the plot in the end was very predictable but I love how the author was able to bring such dark emotions out and make them relatable to the reader. All in all an amazing story ❤️ loved it 😊
