Is there more to the story? I was held by the story up to the end then felt as if I fell over at the end.
The story was very well composed and throught out.. Good description, plot and story line held my interest.
The story told through the eyes of the eldest son who is going in to the ministry lends the sense of his uncomfortable position of retrieving the father from the bar each time the boat returns to port. But at the same time you wonder what the youngest son is thinking or doing in the meantime. But I think a bit more 'point of view' from the father's part would help bring him to the front more. There is potential for more of the 'story' here. I'd like to see more and brought to a conclusion. # # #
