Sorry it took a while, but I've just finished reading your story!
I really liked the chemistry between the main characters of the novel; the sarcastic banter and the flirting. I think in Chapter 3b: Big & Shiny Rejections, I couldn't quite follow the dialogues clearly. Felt a bit all over the place. Also, in Chapter 4: Ghostly Intruders and Concerned Friends, the second and third paragraphs could be spaced out a bit more.
But overall, interesting story with lots of tensions and chemistry between the main characters!
