infection: patient zero the diary

My name is Doctor Dnamir Nzara i work in Yabuku central hospital i choose to start keeping this diary due to outbreaks of illness we have never encountered in this area before . Today two patients came in with symptoms much like in severe flu but it took turn worse fast. After admitting patients to ward they started complaining of stomach pains and the male i call him patient zero as he was first one to arrive developed stomach pains and started having severe vomiting and need to use the toilet often . female who arrived hour later abandoned by her terrified family outside of our hospital came down with same symptoms . we have no idea what it is we took samples and i will write more when i get more information…
