How It Works
Very interesting
The plot itself is very interesting and unique and I like your descriptions. I normally don't like court room scenes, let alone for the first scene but I was hooked through the entire thing. Giving the introduction scene with fast pacing, keeping it brief was a very unique and skilled way of introducing it instead of going into heavy detail of the MC's character and abilities, the fast-paced writing made it more mysterious and thus more interesting. I have only read the first chapter am planning on reading more.
