I love this book! I was pulled into it right from the beginning but I couldn't have imagined the emotions that the author would put me through. Laughter, steaminess, heartbreak, mystery, action- this book has it all so far and there is still plenty more to come, I am sure! I dare you not to find yourself rooting for one (or more) of the pairs in the story. I know who my favourites are- read now pick your ones! Great job, Meg!

This book is one of my favourite books. I love the story and the characters, and the author's creativity is amazing. She pulls you in from the very first chapter and you find yourself rooting for the MCs. The steamy scenes are 🔥🔥🔥🔥Overall, it's an absolute must- read! ❤️

The Assasin's Mate is by far one of my favourite books that I have read lately! The author has such a talent that you will be hooked from the very first chapter and you will not want to stop until the end (...then you will suffer from withdrawal symptoms after!). You will fall in love with all the characters and will laugh, suffer and rejoice with them as your follow the journey of Li. And don't even get me started on the steamy scenes- there is a reason why I call the author the Queen of Smut (check out also her short stories collection and thank me later!). Last but not least important, thank you, Jen, for giving us the Beast! Now go and read the damn book!

Mind-blowing

Wow! Where do I even begin. If you want a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat with twists, while your are also melting from the steamy scenes and falling in love with the main character, Perfidious is your book! Scar is absolutely brilliant! Her writing is beautiful, the story is captivating and the characters are relatable even if their story develops in the supernatural world. I never know quite what to expect from this story but I know one thing for sure- every chapter will be just as amazing as the previous ones!

Wow! Just wow. This book is so unbelievably hot and it just keeps getting better. I love the story and some of the scenes will give your brain hard time to function after reading. Amazing work of a fantastic writer! Next chapter please!
