A great twist to the story
Having enjoyed Merlin when it was still on TV, I heartily enjoyed this version that ended much more happily than the show. The characterizations were just right, and I particularly liked the subtle references to the final battle of the show, the echoed elements that showed the story's roots. This story was well-written and had a good balance of drama and humor.
