Fate and Duty

SFF parallelism at its core. Though this shares the same universe with Psi Core Squad, this story holds a closer connection to me as a reader. There's a right blend of humor, adventure, and thriller. In between these adrenaline-inducing scenes are silent protests against capitalism and the drudgery of the consumer-centric economy which everyone can relate to. I liked how the aforementioned themes affected Robert's dilemma. No spoilers about his ladylove, Marina (but her physiological makeup still boggles my mind).

Lost in Austen

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a woman in possession of a good book, must be in want of an adventure. I loved the premise, the world, the time travel, everything! The first person narration served well, blending itself with Austen's literary couture: sardonic wit and clever barbs. Can you write more Austen adaptations in the future? I look forward to reading your other (and future) works. :D
