Breathtaking
I was hooked from the title. There's a lot to be said for short, sweet, simple titles. The description grabbed me next, and I just had to check this story out. And from the first word, I was dragged in. It's a perfectly streamlined story; no meaningless clutter of words, straight to the point. It's important for a short story to go quick, and I devoured this in moments. The rise and fall of emotion pulled me right along with it. I absolutely loved it; all the elements were beautiful, from the characters to the meaning, to the language used.
