Nice story

The protagonists are unexpected and the story plays out like a cliche high-school rom-com (which I adore). The writing and grammar are sometimes a bit inconsistent, which makes it a little hard to read, but the author has a very creative mind and is sure to go places.

For the writing and grammar, I recommend Grammarly (as well as just reading books from well-known authors)

Have an awesome day!

Amazing writing!

At first, I didn't think I'd be as invested in the main character as I was. There were very few typos, especially considering the length of the book. Both internal and external struggle meet when the narrator finds out about her gift. I saw a lot of reviews saying that there was too much information, but I thought that it made it romantic. The romanticizing of a character's life is extremely important, and I think the author excelled at that. I initially shied away from it, as I tend to be more drawn towards fantasy/action/fiction books, but it did have a surprising amount of action put into it! I especially like the balance between the main character's normal life and her gift.

Loving it

It was a very quick read, as there are only three chapters so far, but I'm pretty much loving it. The only thing I'd comment on is that there are some problems with capitalization and punctuation. I adore your writing style, as well as the plot. Definitely would read this randomly for leisure, especially after you check out the grammar.

As for chapter 2 particularly, I was totally hooked. One of the best chapters, I'd say. Not only from the story, but the writing style and skills. Keep at it!

I love it!

When I first read the plot, I was a bit worried given that I don't usually read many high school-type books. But I actually love it! It's a very simple, not at all pretentious read, and the story totally gets its message across. I'd recommend this to people who like books like "The Princess Diaries". Very fun and easy. The only note I have is that there are some problems with technical writing, like capitalization and punctuation. Other than that, it's awesome! Breezy and fun!

Sweet!

I got really hooked towards the end of the second chapter. The author is definitely a star in the rising with amazing descriptive language. The character is quirky and analytical, which makes for a fun read. Even though it does follow some dark themes, the narrator herself is sweet. It's brilliant in the sense that the author portrayed so much important information through the mind of a cute student, making for an interesting and fun juxtaposition that has something for everyone.

Read it. Read it right now.

Everything, from the author's writing style, to the plot, to the development of the characters, is absolutely wonderful. I've only read to the second chapter but I'm already so hooked and in love. It's perfect. Everyone should take time out of their day to read this (and I say this genuinely) masterpiece. My heart actually raced while reading, due to just how powerful it is. Even when in the passive scenes, there is so much heat behind the author's words. It gives off emotion. I truly love it. Absolutely no comments.

Awesome world and plot!

The writer has beautiful descriptive language that make it very clear to envision the scenery. Also, I just love how well the world is gradually built as we learn more about it. The plot immediately had me hooked, especially since I'm a sucker for stories involving controlling elements. I like how it's a complicated world but an easy-to-follow story. The only thing I think could improve is the writing style, and I think it will make a big difference to remove a few adjectives. Even though I loved how nice and clear it was while reading, sometimes it came off a little off-putting, especially in the casual and higher-tension scenarios. I recommend you try to, instead of placing the adjectives in the middle of a phrase, giving them an entirely new sentence where you can focus on them and make them seem more fluid and natural. Other than that, it was super interesting and I devoured it! I love the plot and the descriptive language and scenery are to die for. I have a clear picture of all the characters and their personalities in my head... just perfect.
