This was an amazing story. The Author started out making you not sure about Benji, He was acting like a little kid. You start to root for Jason while the Author holds you in suspense throughout the entire story, and chapter after Chapter, you start rooting for Benji. A tip for the Author; It might be helpful to add Benji at the beginning when Benji's POV comes into play, other than that, beautiful job!

The Birth of the Hound gave me nostalgia of the little stories I used to read in storybooks that always had a moral, or something like this. I enjoyed reading it. At first, I though Houndal(?) was going to open the bag, but as the maid pushed and he refused, It became clear to me who would open it. This was a very enjoyable story. Thank you for writing it!
