This is not only so beautifully written, but also genuinely intriguing and seemingly historically accurate! The characters are compelling and realistic while remaining likeable and the writing style is smooth and entertaining. The plot isn't something that I've really seen before, making the story original rather than the same tired old YA novel. I feel it's an important story to be told and it feels very mature and well-thought out.
