Needs a little work but still a really good read

On an entertainment level, this book is really good. That being said there are quite a few technical problems that can be easily fixed to make this book a knock out. I can't wait to read the next chapter!!

Because you didn’t ask lol

This is a really interesting story and very well written so I’m a bit surprised it does have at least one like. Honestly I think the problem is branding, as someone who doesn’t often read horror even I don’t feel like this book is horror. This book would is more akin to drama or even a coming of age type story.
I really enjoyed the first part of the book it’s written like the character the character is experiencing an acid trip but at the same time is in the middle of a living nightmare that he completely aware of. And it leaves you scratching your head on what’s real and what’s not. The style matches what the author is attempting to achieve with the character but at the same time the large paragraphs throughout the story was a little off putting. The only thing I would recommend is a bit of editing and maybe shorten your paragraphs a bit.
This is a really good story! Here’s to hoping it gets more reads because it’s honestly some of the best writing I’ve seen in Inkitt yet.

A really good story that needs some editing.

I absolutely love the premise for this story and the author does a good job setting a believable pace for the story. That being said I was continuously pulled out of the story by the developmental and technical errors in the story. For the most part it is easily to ignore most of the errors because they can be easily fixed and a lot of writers try to finish the entire book and then do post production edits. But the story is filled with so many sentence fragments that I was yanked out of the story more often than I could count.
I think this book could be really amazing it just needs a bit of editing. Here’s a bit of unsolicited advice, try reading the chapter out loud when it’s done, it can help you spot most of the errors.
I’m excited to read the next chapter!
