Refreshing!

I didn’t like how he was a tad abusive in the beginning but with character development I grew to love Pax and this coupling! It’s so new and refreshing!

So long but so worth it!

This was an insane wild roller coaster but I enjoyed it! I just loved every moment of this. I only docked a star because there weren’t clear breaks between some scenes, it was the next sentence in the paragraph and I had to go back and reread it to figure out whats going on. Ahhh, there’s so much good to this other than that. I definitely recommend it!

Mixed Feelings

I’ve held back on reviewing this because I had very mixed feelings about the plot and pairing in this one. I went in feeling a bit grossed out that an adult man Bonded with a literal child, giving me bad flashbacks to Breaking Dawn of the Twilight Saga when Jacob imprinted on Renesme. 😅 The whole time reading it I kept thinking that Vinnie was a pedo. It felt like he took advantage of her inexperience and since we skipped the actual falling in love and went straight to love I never really felt their relationship was strong. I enjoyed the sex scenes and more interactions with the Montgomery family but I just never got around to rooting for Vinnie and Lydia as a couple. Vinnie redeemed himself a bit when he wanted to give her space but other than that it was eh for me. 😕 I know how crappy it feels to get a bad review and my heart hurts writing this from one author to another but I understand feedback is important to us! Now for positives, I really enjoyed CJ as he reminded me of my youngest brother who’s very similar and I got many laughs! 🤣 There was a lot of funny and heartwarming moments, especially feeling bad for Chloe and Lydia, surrounding their “drug” issues. I couldn’t imagine the pressures Lydia felt having to seem like the perfect kid, something I can relate to being the eldest as well! If Vinnie had Bonded when she was an adult I would’ve warmed up to their relationship better. I do enjoy this series and the wild train ride reading them, so I hope I don’t discourage you from keeping writing about this awesome family. 🙂
