At least she has her siblings to keep her sane. Right?

Prologue

The world had changed so drastically in just a few decades that it seemed like a spontaneous evolution. Almost as if we had gone back into time to the era of the holocaust. Humanity had turned on one another without a hint of remorse or care for our planet. We became violent and untrustworthy of everyone except those with our same belief system. A new Civil War began in the United States that soon turned into something greater and spread like a virus. Two sides were out for the picking. Either you were a Rebel or a Citizen. These titles were chosen by everyone, not really sure where it originated but their definitions were crystal clear. To be a Rebel you were against the Government and the One World Domination, no longer considered part of the human race but rather traitors bent on destroying everything ‘Humanity had worked so hard to create’. To be a Citizen was to agree to a blind faith and follow orders. Never questioning what was told to you and ready to put your life on the line to defend ‘Our One Great Nation’.

Which am I? Well, according to those titles, a Rebel. I fight to unmask the face of those at the top of the beautiful lie known as the government. I used to be an orphan but that was back before all of this started. I am one of the Sub-Leaders of our Organization, The Elite. We are divided in Sub-groups which are spread out according to what are now known as regions, which were known decades ago as the time zones of the USA. The Four regions on what used to be a Country are well known in our Organization as the Four Royalty Groups of the Elite. Starting from left to right, Region or Sub-Group one are known as The Aztecs and they’re in charge of most of scientific and medical field of our Organization. Sub-Group two is known as The Atlantians, in charge of the mechanical and advanced electronics of our Organization. Sub-Group three, known as The Taínos, are in charge of the nutritional, food and crop development of our Organization. Lastly we have my Sub-Group, The Spartans, in charge of the military and security portion of our Organization. Each Sub-Group has branches spread across the regions to equally handle different parts of each Sub-Groups duties.

Each one unique, in its own way but also the same, fighting for the one cause; a new world in which no small group of richer men had control of our lives and the word Freedom didn’t hide in it the slavery which we so long were made to believe wasn’t there. The War was in the still silent center at this point. Like the moment in a hurricane when the eye is coming through, and you know the worst is yet to come. There was no winning or losing side. We were merely building up strength to strike hard. The only question being who would strike first? My name is Spencer Grey and this is my story.
