Chapter Fifteen

[Earl]

I closed the door of the fridge and heaved a sigh. I can’t believe Nicholas had that kind of intention. He’s pretty laid-back for someone who’s a businessman but I guess you really cannot judge a book by its appearance.

I took the bottle of water before slamming the door close. Come to think of it, Matthias and I didn’t have the opportunity to see or talk to each other this day.

Damn, it feels lonely just thinking that a day passed without him.

Oh well, it’s not like I can blame someone. We both have our jobs and we just can’t toss it away just because we want to see each other.

I paced around the kitchen. I glanced at my phone on the table before groaning.

I really, really, really want to hear his voice.

I quickly grabbed my phone, dialled his number and waited for him to answer. Few rings after, he finally picked up.

“What?” I blushed when I heard his deep voice resonated in my ear.

“N-nothing.” I sat down on the chair and hugged my knees. “What’re you doing?”

I heard a chair creaked. “Still the same fucking work.” There was a tapping sound like someone’s typing on a keyboard. So he’s still at the office.

“Working over-time?” I asked and he cursed.

“I don’t have a choice, do I?” He mumbled and I have to agree to that.

“Matthias.” I hugged my knees even more and I clutched my phone. “I miss you.”

The typing sound abruptly stopped and I gulped. “M-matthias?”

Matthias snorted. “You want me to fuck you on the phone?” He sarcastically asked and that made me blushed.

I pouted. “I-Idiot, that’s not what I meant!”

“You want me to come over there?” One simple question that made my hear skip a beat.

I bit my lips. “Do you really need to ask?”

I heard him smirk. “Smart ass.”

An hour passed and Matthias finally arrived. I opened the door for him and he was there, standing in front of me with his everlasting charming smile. He gave me his briefcase before entering my room.

“Fuck, I’m so tired.” He mumbled and I just looked at him in pity.

“Did you eat already?” I asked and he shrugged his shoulders.

“Not yet. You have something to eat?”

I walked to the kitchen. “Yep, I just cooked some…” I stopped when I felt him behind me.

“You cooked what?” He asked as his strong arms wrapped around my waist. He nuzzled the side of my neck and that made me shiver a little.

“I-I…cooked uhmm…” I shut my eyes and tried my best to think what I was about to answer him. “S-some food.”

“What kind of food?” He asked again. Matthias’ lips brushed against my ear and I released a moan.

My quivering hands reached up to the cabinet to get the leftovers I had. My knees began to weaken when his hands went inside my pants to massage my crotch.

“Aaaah…”

Suddenly, we stopped when Matthias’ ring tone shrieked. He clicked his tongue in anger.

“Fuck. Can’t even take a break for one damn minute.” He complained. He untangled himself away from me and finally answered his phone. “WHAT?”

I sighed in relief but somehow, I was disappointed that we stopped. I blushed at my thought. Geez, Matthias’ been sexually attacking me non-stop since we went to the resort and it’s turning me into a maniac. (A/N: You already are.)

I sat on the chair and watched him turn his back against me and stand in front of the windows to talk to whoever it was calling him.

Long minutes after, he finally ended the call.

“Jesus.” He said.

“What? What’s wrong?” I worriedly asked him because he looked irritated.

“An emergency meeting with the old men.” He answered. He pulled his coat that was sitting on the chair. “I need to go.”

I pouted at him. “O-okay. I see.” He didn’t even eat.

“I’ll see you tomorrow.” He took his bag and slung it over his shoulders. He walked towards me and gave me a swift kiss on the lips.

I blushed and waved him a goodbye.

So much for our moment.

Liza sighed. “I’m so damn hungry!! And I need a love life!” She further complained and I just rolled my eyes at her. She stuck her tongue out. “Lucky for you, you have someone like Matthias!”

I felt my heart skipped a beat at what she said.

“Well…”

“I also want a boyfriend like him.” Liza mumbled as she covered her face with her arms.

“You want a boyfriend like me?”

We both yelped when Matthias appeared behind our back. His coat was hanging from his shoulders and he was leaning against the door.

Liza suddenly stood up and I snickered when I saw that she was sweating. “G-good morning, fuck, I mean good afternoon, sir!”

“Hey.” Matthias tapped her on her head but he was looking at me. “Let’s go eat.” He ordered and I glared at him. I sighed and nodded. I took my wallet from my bag and moved towards him.

“Let’s eat.” I said to Liza but she shook her head.

“I still need to finish sorting these files.” She said and I looked at her in pity. She saluted at us and I smiled at her.

We went to the cafeteria and damn, all eyes were focused on Matthias. I can’t blame him. He looked so cool when he’s in his suit. Okay scratch that, he always looks good at whatever clothes he have.

“Fuck, I’m so hungry.” He mumbled.

“Did you eat breakfast?” I asked and he shrugged his shoulders.

“Should I?”

“Psssh, you should take care of your health…”

I didn’t finish my sentence when someone called me. I turned around only to see Nicholas walking towards us. He was wearing a bright grin and was waving his hand at us.

“Hi it’s good to see you again, Mr Harrison.” Nicholas said as soon as he got close to me.

I forced a smile. “Ah yes. It’s good to see you too sir.” I greeted and he chuckled.

He glanced at Matthias and smiled. “Good afternoon Mr Blaise.”

Matthias looked at him in doubt. “How’d he know your name?” He asked me and I bit my lips.

“We met a few days ago.” I whispered.

Matthias just stared at Nicholas. “Hmmm.” He turned around to walk to the cafeteria. “Come on, I’m fucking hungry.”

“Ah. Did you eat already?” I asked Nicholas.

“I was about to. I just finished my meeting with Mr Blaise.” Nicholas answered and I smiled.

“Want to eat lunch with us?”

He looked delightful and quickly nodded his head. “That’ll be a pleasure.”

Matthias looked annoyed when Nicholas and I sat in front of him. He crossed his arms and glared at me. Then, he shifted his look at Nicholas who innocently smiled at him. “I believe our meeting was over hours ago. So why’re you still here?” He rudely asked and I gaped at him. How could he talk like that to one of his business partners?

Nicholas looked at me. “Mr Harrison invited me to eat lunch with him.” He answered and I mentally slapped myself at what he just said.

Matthias gave me the ‘I’ll-kill-you-later-look’ and I forced a grin at him.

“Whatever.” He stood up. “What do you want?” He asked me.

“The usual.” I replied and Matthias rolled his eyes.

Nicholas stood up as well from his chair. “I always wanted to eat here. I heard that they cook the best dishes here in Italy.”

Matthias made a face. “Who told you that?” He asked while the two of them walked to the counter to place our orders.

I sighed and rubbed my head. When I looked around, I gulped when I saw all eyes were looking at us. Damn, I almost forgot that two most powerful men in Italy were now sitting with me in a table and eating lunch.

Finally, the two of them came back and they seem to be talking about the latest product the Caro-Hall Enterprises were producing. I quietly listened to them although I can’t really understand half of what they’re talking.

After eating lunch, Matthias, Nicholas and I walked out of the hall.

“It was nice eating lunch with the two of you.” He said but he was looking at me.

I shyly smiled. “I-it’s a pleasure.”

Matthias slung his shoulder to mine. I blushed at how possessive Matthias was becoming. I mean, Nicholas was clearly not gay but Matthias seems to be jealous of him.

“Thank you.” He said. “I’ll be seeing you later.” He turned his back at us and waved. When he was gone, Matthias glared at me.

“Give me your phone.” He demanded and I grumbled.

“What now?” I asked. I got annoyed when Matthias pulled my phone out of my pockets. I tried to get it but he was pushing me away. He took his phone out and threw it at me.

“Use this.” He said and I stared at his iPhone.

“What?”

Matthias was angry. “I said use that.” He hid my phone inside his inside pocket and I cursed at him.

“Give me back my phone.” I said but he just walked away from me.

I looked at his phone and blushed when I saw his wallpaper.

“MATTHIAS!”

I turned the Mac off and stretched. Finally, I finished my monthly report and I’m ready to head out. I stared at Matthias’ phone and the very thought of him messing with my phone made my heart cringe.

I decided to drop by to his office to get my phone back. When I entered the room, I gasped when I saw Bella in a wedding dress. She looked at me before running towards me.

“Hi Earl! Oh mio [Oh my], I missed you!” She kissed me on the nose.

I smiled at her. Shit, she’s so beautiful. The simple white dress perfectly fits her and she looked so angelic. “You look amazing.” I praised and she faked a cry.

“Thank you, Earl! I was afraid people won’t like this. Marge said that the dress was too simple. But I really like it!” She said and I nodded.

“I told you it looks nice already. Ora vado via e lasciami lavorare. [Now, go away and let me do my work].” Matthias said. I looked behind Bella and I saw him sitting on his chair while both of his legs were on top of the table.

Stai zitto [Shut up].” Bella snapped. She looked at me. “Promise me you’ll come to my wedding, Earl!”

I laughed. “Of course I’ll come, do you really have to ask me that.” I teased and she sighed in relief. “Good!” She handed me a pink invitation card and it smelled of lavender. “Here’s my invitation. Matthias doesn’t want it so I’m giving it to you.”

Matthias grunted and I knew he’s getting irritated. I took the card and she beamed at me. “I’ll see you at the wedding.” She ran to the bathroom to get change, leaving me and Matthias alone.

“Fuuuuuuck, I get so tired when she’s here.” Matthias whined.

I sat on the chair beside his table and leaned forward. “I’ll take my phone back, thank you.” I sarcastically said and he just raised a brow.

He pulled one of the drawers in his table. “Here.” He threw my phone and I barely caught it. Bastard.

I returned his phone to him and when I remembered his wallpaper, my cheeks began to heat. “H-here…”

Matthias only looked at me. “What?”

“Nothing.” I pursed my lips and stood up. “I’ll be going now.”

He clicked his tongue and grunted. “Fine.”

I pouted. I really wanted to spend more time with him, even just a few more minutes before I go. “Bye.”

“Yeah.” He didn’t even look at me.

I opened the door and gave him one last glance. He’s still not looking, obviously busy at browsing his phone. I sighed and finally closed the door.

I opened my phone and decided to do some social browsing before going to sleep. I forgot to buy the book I always wanted because I was busy thinking about Matthias.

I hate it. He’s occupying my mind 24/7 and I can’t think of anyone anymore but him and only him. Fuck, I never knew I’m this attached to that jerk.

I tapped the screen of my phone and read some of my Facebook updates. Liza updated her status and I rolled my eyes when she said that she wanted a boyfriend already.

After a while, I got bored. I put my phone beside my pillow and stared outside the window. The sky was dark and all I can hear were the car engines and people walking.

Damn it. It’s so lonely here.

I want my Matthias.

I suddenly got fed up. I got up from bed, ran to get my coat and shoes and walked out of the door. I marched down the stairs and called a taxi.

“That’ll be 50 euro.” The cashier said and I gave him the bill. “Thank you for giving the exact amount.” He put the yoghurt, banana, sandwich and candies that I bought into the thick paper bag. I thanked him, grabbed the bag in haste and walked away of the convenience store.

While walking, I took the banana and ate it. Fuck, I’m so bored. I want to sleep but I can’t. Damn it.

“Hey, you know what. My friend got a piercing on her tongue last week.” My ears perked at the two women talking at the terminal.

“Oh really?! Why?”

I shifted to the right and looked at the clock but I was still listening to their conversation.

The girl tugged her handbag and grinned. “She found out that having a piercing on the tongue doubles up the pleasure when you’re giving your boyfriend a blowjob.” She whispered and I blushed at what she said.

Seriously?!

“Reaaaaally?!” They both squealed and I covered my mouth to prevent my awkward smile.

I twisted my tongue inside my mouth and I remembered the last time I gave Matthias a blowjob. I didn’t even finish blowing him since he’s too impatient to ram his big dick inside my…

I flushed at what I was thinking. What the hell is wrong with me?! I can’t let my thoughts out like this, especially when I’m outside. I can feel my arousal slowly rising and I blushed even more. No, now right now!

Fortunately, the bus arrived and I hurriedly scampered to enter. The girls behind me followed and I heard their whispers, saying how ungentleman I was. I picked a seat near the window and sat down.

I looked at my phone and sighed. I remembered the wallpaper of Matthias. It was the stolen shot he took when we went to the amusement park several weeks ago.

I wonder when will be our next date.

“What happened to you?” Matthias asked while setting his tray down on the table. Today, we decided to eat lunch together at the cafeteria (thank God for that).

“Nothing. Just a little…tired.” I mumbled after massaging my temples for a bit. I looked at Matthias and he was still the same as ever.

“Want to take a leave?” He suddenly asked and my eyes widened at his question.

“No, of course not.” I answered and he shrugged his shoulders. Of course he can easily file a leave for me. He’s the big boss anyway. Lucky him.

I looked up to him but he was busy cutting his steak. “Hey Matthias.” I played with the veggie on my plate. “Uhm…I was thinking that maybe we should uh…I don’t know…”

Matthias muttered a hum indicating that he’s listening.

“Uh, if you’re not busy…maybe we could hang out later this night…?” I asked and nervously waited for his answer.

“Tonight?” He asked and I nodded.

“Yeah…not good?”

Matthias thought for a second and smiled a little. “I’m busy.”

I felt my world crumbled. “Is that so.” My voice cracked a little. “Okay.”

We finished our meal and I was getting ready to leave. I’m not in the mood to talk to Matthias anymore since I was disappointed that he couldn’t spend a little of his time for me. But I guess I don’t have the right to complain.

Matthias stood up and smugly looked at me. I opened my mouth to ask him what’s wrong but he cut me off by saying…

“So…see you at 8?” He smirked at me and finally left me with my jaw wide open.

I opened the car of the cab and paid the driver before sliding out of the vehicle. I sucked my cheeks and decided to enter Matthias’ condominium. A few guards greeted me and I smiled at them as I walked across the marvellous lobby. I entered the elevator and waited for the door to close. When it was about to, a hand suddenly forced it open and I gasped when I saw who it was.

“Nicholas?” I breathed out.

He looked at me for a second before realizing who I was. Nicholas was wearing his suit but his blazer was off and it was hanging on his shoulder. His tie was also crumpled though his pants looked fine as ever.

“Mr. Harrison, what a coincidence.” He said as he tapped my shoulders before stepping in beside me.

I stared at him. Fuck, what the hell’s he doing here? I hope he gets off before me or else…

Luckily, he pushed the 12th floor. Thank God for that.

I cleared my throat and acted as normal as possible. “Ah…visiting a friend.”

Nicholas chuckled and I noticed that his voice was dry. “Could that friend be Mr. Blaise?”

If I could only choke on my saliva, I would probably do it.

“Uhm…kind of. Yes. Its soccer night tonight and he invited me to his house to watch the game.” I said. Damn, I don’t even watch soccer. But Matthias does.

“Oh, I see.”

Before he could ask more question, I decided to distract him. “What about you? What’re you doing here?”

“Same as you. Visiting an old friend.” He said with a cocky smiled.

“Oh. Cool.” I mumbled.

We both stared at the elevator floor buttons.

The lift arrived at the 12th floor and Nicholas stepped out. He faced me and gave me a huge yet reserved grin. “It was nice seeing you again, Mr. Harrison. Give my regards to Mr. Blaise. Ciao.”

The elevator doors slammed closed and I sighed in relief.

I finally arrived at Matthias’s floor and I quickly got out. Anticipation and excitement built inside me as I ran through the long corridor. And when I stopped in front of his door, I swiftly punched the password and without a second further, the door opened.

Matthias was there, sitting on his black leather sofa while casually watching the news. I took off my shoes (it’s a habit of mine) and entered. Without even looking at my direction, he motioned for me to come and I did.

“Hi.” I said when I sat on the couch just a few inches away from him. He was wearing an over-sized wool shirt and a pair of white sweatpants. Why does he look so nice even if he’s wearing something like that?

When Matthias moved to look at me, his shirt slipped a little from his right shoulder, making me see his tanned yet muscular arm. I gulped and tore my eyes away from his tantalizing body.

“Did you eat?” He asked and I nodded.

“A little.”

“Mrs. Bennoit made something.” He muttered and I nodded again.

“I’m not hungry.” I said and he shrugged his shoulders.

“Okay.”

We sat there, silent and without moving until I decided to break it off when I remembered something. “Matthias, I was thinking…maybe…it’s not good to do business together with the Caro-Hall Enterprises.”

His eyes turned sharp at what I said. “What?”

“I mean…I don’t know. There’s something off with Nicholas.” I mumbled. “I’m sure he’s not a bad guy (fine, I’m not sure) but there’s something about him that I can’t…” I motioned my arms to let Matthias know what I was talking about.

He blankly stared at me. “Why? Did he tell you something?”

I bit my lips.

“I’m pretty interested in taking over this company.”

Well, he said that but –

“Did he tell you something?” Matthias asked again and this time, his voice was hard and serious.

“He said he’s pretty interested…”

RING! RING!

Matthias groaned and looked at me one last time before getting his phone on the table. I slumped back on the couch and waited for him to finish his call.

Few minutes later, he pressed the end button.

“Who was that…?”

“Damascus. He said something happened.” He mumbled. “I need to…”

I looked at him with begging eyes, silently asking him not to go. He twitched for a moment and cursed.

“Matthias, I’m…” I fisted my hand and chewed my lip.

Just this time, please don’t leave me.

He rolled his eyes, threw his phone on the floor and pushed me down on the sofa. “Fuck that, I’m gonna ravage you first.”

Matthias gripped both of my shoulders and planted kisses on my face. I giggled at him and he just smirked. “I wanna fuck you so damn bad.”

I bit my lips in excitement. “Mhmm, do it.”

“Oh yeah. I will.” He stopped for a second to take my shirt off. When he did, he threw it on the floor and stared back at me. His smouldering eyes were melting me and I couldn’t take it anymore.

“Matthias…” I grabbed his neck and pulled him towards me. I kissed him on the lips and I smiled when he entered his tongue inside my mouth. We kissed for I don’t know how long but when he pulled away, I was out of breath.

I unconsciously reached down to massage my crotch while still looking at Matthias. I moaned and thought how lewd I am but I don’t care anymore. I want to seduce him. I want him to make me breathless, to make me yearn for more. Oh Matthias, I want you so much.

He smiled at my action.

“You want me that bad?” Matthias asked and I nodded frantically.

“Do you even have to ask?”

“Nope.”

I woke up with the sound of the alarm blaring on the room. I pushed my body off the bed and saw Matthias still fast asleep beside me. His arm was coiled around my waist and I smiled at how protective he was even when he’s sleeping.

I turned the alarm off and sighed. Damn, already 8 am in the morning and we’re still here, sleeping. When Matthias groaned, I looked at him. He was already waking up and I hid my smile when he rubbed his eyes like a kid.

“What time is it?” He focused his eyes on me.

“8. And we’re late.” I said while taking his arm off. He gladly took it back to stretch.

“Who cares about work?”

“I do.”

We both looked at the door and I gasped when I saw a tall, tanned man standing there. He was wearing a black suit and I felt danger around him.

“W-who’re you?!” My eyes widened when I realized that he saw us sleeping together in one bed. Naked. “Fuck!”

I looked at Matthias for answers but he was just casually sitting there. He yawned before looking at the man with bored eyes.

“What do fuck are you doing here, old man?”

The man shook his head. “Good morning to you too, Matthias.” He briefly looked at me and I gulped. Damn, for an aged man, he’s definitely a looker.

“We have to talk, Matthias.”
