18 | The Awakening of Ren Kurosawa (3)

I took him back home… ugh and he is so heavy, doesn’t he know that? Well does he even know that I’m carrying him? I entered the house with him on my shoulders and I couldn’t decide whether or not to take him down to my underground home or leave him here on the couch, well since I didn’t want him to find out what I’ve been doing all these years, I’ll just have to leave him here for now!

I went down to the underground home after putting Akihiko down on the couch to get him a blanket and some clean clothes… well at least I got him some of my sweat clothes to wear just in case I’m not back before he wakes up. I took it upstairs and told my sleeping love to wash up after he wakes up and he is welcome to make for himself breakfast… I hope he heard my every word… I then got into my car and drove back to the hospital; luckily for me, that dumb nurse was outside waiting for I don’t know what but it looked like she was ready to go home.

I then decided to wait for her and take care of her in her own home because I couldn’t take her back home now, not with Akihiko there and especially now that everyone knows that I’m staying there... well that Ren Kurosawa is staying there.

I waited and waited there and finally, after twenty minutes a car stopped there and she got in, I followed her all the way home. When the car she was in was out of sight I ran in behind her and closed the door behind us. She was on the floor in front of me with a scared and confused look on her face.

She asked me why I am here and a whole bunch of other questions; I didn’t want to answer any of her idiotic questions. I walked over to her and punched her; hitting her unconscious. I stood there over her body and still I couldn’t figure out what to do. I couldn’t leave her there alive and she already saw my face.

I walked around her house until I ended up in the kitchen; I took a pair of scissors and then walked back to her. Still, I had no idea what I was going to do with her.

I stood there for at least more than ten minutes, and out of frustration I just dropped on top of her and put the scissors through her neck. Her blood spilt all over me and I didn’t know what to do next, normally I’m good at this type of thing, I got up and walked away from her, I took the scissors with me and went back to my car.

I left her door open hoping someone would find her and call for help. I left there and went back home… oh good, he is still asleep but what now, I can’t burn these clothes. I went down to the underground home and took a bath; I got out my pyjamas and went back upstairs to where Akihiko was and he was still asleep.

I couldn’t leave him here alone, he’d come looking for me. I sat down next to him and moved closer, I wanted to stay awake but I had to meditate again. Akihiko was now lying in my arms while I meditated and all of a sudden he gets up and starts calling my name, making me break concentration.

I opened my eyes and told him to go bath and gave him the clothes. He looked at me and slowly went upstairs; I could see the look he gave me. He was frightened; he kept on looking around the house. Moments later he came down wearing my clothes and sat down next to me. He didn’t say one word to me, so I just moved closer to him and put my head down on his shoulder; as I did so he moved a bit; I looked up at him and knew that his body was still hurting from when I pushed him against the wall.

I asked him “Does it still hurt.” and he nodded I got up and stood in front of him. I told him to lie down on his back and he did so, I climbed on top of him, seated on his stomach. He looked at me with widened eyes; I leaned over and put my hands over his eyes to close them. I removed my hands and started to massage his body, the way it was written in the books; after twenty minutes of massaging him I got up off him and told him to stand up, he did as I said and immediately he started feeling his chest and looked at me with a strange look on his face.

I didn’t like the way he looked at me, so I turned my back on him and walked to the garage; I closed the door behind me and went down into my underground home and closed the trap door as well. I felt sad after seeing his face and just felt like disappearing, and that’s exactly what I did. A while passed and I heard him call out my name but I never answered.

I didn’t want to be found, I heard him run into the garage calling me but still, I never answered. He gave up looking for me and left, I heard the front door slam behind him… well I guess now it’s time for me to sleep, so goodnight for now. I will get back to you in the next chapter.
