Synopsis
Rush City has never been the same ever since Mayor Charles Henderson took over control. He’s striving for perfect and he wants to rid his city of Rebel Runners, the criminals of Rush City. Rebel Runners delivery all kinds of packages around the city helping people out.
Henderson wants them all gone and he especially wants Tessa dead.
Tessa is a girl with many problems and her demons are coming to haunt her now. With the help of her friends she’s going to find a way to bring down the Mayor once and for all. But with all the death and chaos around her...can she keep her sanity long enough to destroy her demons?
