Mystery / Adventure

How it all began...

Dear Diary, My name is Moana. Moana Felicía, that is my real name. From my old family When I was younger I belonged to a happy family,my real family died in a tragic accident one day. I was out walking in the park with my nanny. There was a gas leak at the house and everything exploded. Gone. Suddenly there was a house and the next moment there was rubble and my parents were no longer there. After that I got put into a care home, I was only 5, it was terrifying. I was so scared and I missed my family terribly. I cried most nights. Then a couple of months later I got adopted by a rich family they also adopted a little boy called Leo he was a good friend....

Leo and I got on really well. He had also suffered a tragic loss. His parents had died in a car accident. Leo was 6 and I was still 5, Leo was also a very smart boy. He almost felt like a brother to me. We would play rope, skipping, dolls, pretend wedding all day.We ever very shocked and really extremly happy when we got adopted together. We got adopted by a really rich family The Richmonds when we got there we were in a big shock. The Richmonds Family lived in a grand house and they had alot of servants and maids. The place was flooded with them. The Richmonds were a very rich couple. Filthy rich. Along with there great riches, came there full and pure greediness. They always wanted more and more. This family never felt as mytruly beloved family. I miss them terribly.

I am actually re-living this memory. I’m writing this 5 years after I got kidnapped. It was a terrible ordeal. I am writing this so I remember my life. So I remember how it felt before... Before I became different. My life feels backwards now. Things have changed. I don’t age, I cannot go outside until it is dark, or use potions in the morning but it hurts me. There are so many draw backs. It was a different life back then, a different time.

Felisa Yoder Osburn: I really enjoyed the story. Civil War stories are some of my favorites and the intertwining of the past with current times was wonderful. I look forward to reading the next stories.

Ali Albazaz: I started reading "Caged" few hours ago and I'm on chapter 7 now. Caged is definitely one of the most addictive stories I've ever read. Thank you so much for writing this novel.

reikij: I really enjoyed this book. It was very hard to put it down. The change between the different times wasdone nicely. There was no difficulty in keeping aware of which century I was in. That's a very good talent and not easy for many writers. This was smooth. The characters were interesting...

Spring: I normally don't read fiction novels, but I absolutely enjoyed reading Silent Shadows! The style is quite different from the previous fiction novels I've attempted to read. Great job!

Hawkebat: Playing both Kotor I & II and Swtor I found the story line interesting and it held me until chapter 35 Very good story and plot flow until then, very few technical errors. I felt that the main character was a bit under and over powered, as it fought for balance. The last few chapters felt too f...

MavisMcQueen: "To Live Again" is a well crafted, highly engaging, heart vibrating tale surrounding our favorite Elven King. The author will keep you engrossed until the very end and by that time you will feel so strongly for Clara and the other characters that you will never want it to ever. Thrandu...

Atractivo Sumit: The story is an amazing blend of what we call natural, plain romance along with subtle emotions and interesting twists. The plot is so beautifully interwoven.

dd1226: I love reading about other countries and I think this story about Cambodia after Polpot creates awareness of the tragedy that happened there and the actions of the U.N. to hold elections. The heroine of the story is easy to relate to, a modern, middleaged woman looking for an adventure, wanting t...
