Alison

I got tired of staying inside the room, so I stepped out. I had access to every part of the house, for a hostage I was pretty much free to do anything I wanted, as long as it didn't involve escaping.

I was crossing the hallway when I heard voices coming from Micheal's room, eavesdropping wasn't exactly my thing, but they made everything my thing when they forcefully brought me here, so I didn't care.

I moved closer and placed my ears on the keyhole of the door, he was talking to someone on the phone.

I managed to hear a few things--

"She's fine, it's not safe, I would let you know when the coast is clear." He whispered, but he was audible enough for anyone to hear him through these holes.

Why would he be whispering to Matt? it's not like it's a secret I'm here against my will, even the birds outside know that.

"Losers," I mumbled.

I continued with my walk down the stairs. Glenda went to get more groceries from the store, if only I could fit into her grocery bag then I won't have to be stuck here anymore, just a silly thought.

I decided to make something for myself, since no one thought of making my lunch.

Ugh, It scares how much I have gotten used to the place.

I opened the fridge and luckily I found the leftover lasagna from last night, 'now where's the microwave.' I asked myself looking around the kitchen, everything in just seemed way too advanced for me, it was nothing like what I was used to in Henna's kitchen.

I spent a quite amount of time searching for the microwave, that's when I heard laughter coming from the door,

"Go away!!

I didn't need to turn to know who it was.

"What you doing?" He asked humorously, "let me guess, you don't know what a microwave looks like?"

"Fuck off!!"

"Just in case you were wondering, it's the black magic box with buttons on it." He pestered. He's so annoying.

Have I mentioned how much I hate him, if I haven't I am saying it again....not as much as I hate Matt though, but I'm almost getting there.

"Don't you have anything better to do than annoy me?"

"Nope." he said popping the p, "That's solely why I'm here."

I rolled my eyes and looked away.

"I see why Hertz is so into you... you're a funny one." he continued test me.

"Have you ever considered becoming a comedian, you won't even have to audition." He went on with his dry jokes.

It wasn't bad enough I was stuck here, it had to be with the lamest person on earth, 'luck was really not on my side.'

"If you needed help, you just had to ask." He said, "that's pretty much why I am here.."

"Oh, I'm sorry I thought you were here to annoy me."

"That's the second reason...."

"Then I suggest you fuck off, because I would never ask a criminal for help, people like you disgust me." I spat.

"Oh! Really?"

I rolled my eyes again in frustration,

"Just leave me alone, you mere face irritates me."

"This face." He grins and points at his face, if I didn't know he was friends with Matt, I would have deemed him cute. But I learned that learson the hard, "Nah! not Even David Hertz can beat this face."

I scoffed,

"You wish."

He come to where I was and pinned me to the kitchen counter suddenly, "W-what are you doing?" I yelped and gasped.

"I want to kiss you." He mumbled and brought his head closer to mine in an attempt to kiss me.

"Get away from me!" I yelled and pushed him off with every strength I had, "don't you ever do that again."I reprimanded and scrambled to the other side of the kitchen.

He began laughing against, echoing the entire room,

"You should have seen your face, it was priceless." He managed to say between his laughter, "You really thought I was going to kiss you."

"Stay from me!" I yelled and ran out of the kitchen, that just made him laugh even harder.

I never thought I would say this, ever, but I really can't wait for Matt to return, if he was around this asshole won't be messing with me.

I was heading back to the room, when I noticed Micheal's room was opened ajar, I quickly sneaked inside and looked around for a phone or anything that could get me out.

I saw his phone laying carelessly on the bed, 'dumbass.'I mumbled and quickly picked it, I hide it and dashed into my room,

I unlocked the phone and immediately dialed David's number, it was the only number I had the decency to cram,

It rang several times, but no answer.

"C'mon David, pick up." I mumbled with trembling hands.

After a few more tries--

"Hello?" I heard his voice, the same voice I have been yearning to hear for days, tears polled my eyes, "Hello?" this time he sounded pissed.

"David." I cried out

"Alison!" He clamored like he couldn't believe he was hearing my voice, I couldn't believe it too. "Ali, is that you?" He pleaded.

"I have missed you so much." I shrieked. I still couldn't believe I was hearing his voice, his husky voice,

"Are you okay? did he hurt you? If he did you have to tell me, baby?" He asked desperately.

"No, I'm okay." I assured him Matt was taking care of me, "I really missed hearing your voice." more sobs escaped my lips.

"David, I love you." I finally said those words I was too afraid to say, why was I scared to say them to him, there's no doubt in my heart that I love him.

I could feel him tearing up, "I miss you too." He whispered a few seconds after. "Do you know where you are?"

I shook my head, "No, but I know we are enclosed around trees and there's a huge lake." I told him, "I'm really okay, but I need you to get me out of here, I don't know how long I can take this--"

I heard footsteps approaching the door and I panicked.

"Someone's coming I have to go." I told him before I finally hung up, and hide the phone behind my back. The door flew open immediately, revealing a not so happy Micheal,

"Hand it over stone?" He said.

I brought out the phone and gave it to him,

"I saw it laying around and I just---"

He snatched it from me and walked out the door,

I was relieved, and also happy that I finally had the chance to talk to David, the thought could keep me sane for a few more days, until I finally get out of here.
