"Having fun?" I asked. "Not exactly," he said. He draped his arm around my waist and pinned me against the wall. The rate at which is beating right now is insane! Being this close to him makes me tingle with excitement. "You're beautiful," he said, his hot breath on my skin. He buried his head in my neck and breathed in my scent. +++ It’s just A Teen Story. Chapter 1

The thought of going to school on Monday depressed me. I'm not ready to go back.
Summer was so fun but the days went by really fast. Every single moment counted and I made sure to live life to the fullest even though I was just surrounded by my mom's friends.

I went to a club! I still have no idea how I got in but I did. My mom didn't even notice I was there with her friends 'cause she was so busy 'having fun. Something she doesn't always do.

She threw me the cutest sixteenth birthday party. It was the best even though none of my friends were there. I mean, they could be annoying sometimes.

"Ari," I looked up and there stood my mom, looking gorgeous as ever in a tight blue dress. Her makeup was flawless and her hair was perfect. The extensions did her a favor.

This woman is gorgeous. A bunch of kids said she was prettier and hotter than me.
I did nothing but agree. I'm still maturing but this summer, my body did a lot of changing. I still don't feel beautiful, to be honest, so I'm not going to try and flatter myself.

"Hey mom," I smiled.

"Are you done unpacking yet? Dinner's ready."

"I'm almost done. Is Cole home?"

"He's in his bedroom," she said.

"Okay," I said, smiling, "I'm so excited to see him."

"He is too," she said, smiling, "I'll be waiting for you downstairs."

I nod in response and she leaves.

I am not so happy to be home, not because I hate it here. I mean, who wouldn't be sad to leave Miami?!

I got out of my room and barged into Cole's. He was on the phone when I got there.

I guess some things never change. Cole is always on the phone. If not a call then he's texting. I wonder who he talks to.

"I'll see you at school." He said before hanging up.

He turned to look at me and I smiled.

"What do you want?" He asked, rolling his eyes with a smile.

"I've missed you." I jumped on him and he lifted me off the ground. Perks of having a younger brother who's taller and stronger.

"I didn't. It was really good at Rita's without you." He's always super sarcastic and lies too much when it comes to his feelings but we both know he missed me a lot. He called me every day!

Cole went to my aunt, Rita's with Sean. They claimed it would be more fun than Miami with mom and me.

"Come on. You know you wanted me there. You just don't wanna admit it," I said.

"Fine," he sighed, " I might have missed you a bit." He put me down and we sat on his bed.

"Of course you did," I smiled, "Are you excited for high school?"

"Not really. It's just high school." He shrugged.

"You're right. It gets kinda shitty sometimes but it's also really fun."

"I know," he laughed, "Sean told me all about it."

I knew Sean would tell him about high school before I did. They spent summer together and he was the first to get through high school so, he knows more.

"Let's go eat dinner. Mom is probably waiting for us," I said.

"No, she's not," he chuckled.

He's right. Mom doesn't wait for anyone to start eating her food. If you're late, you're late.

I spent almost the whole Sunday sleeping. I thought sleeping for all that time would make me wake up early today but boy, I was wrong.

I woke up half an hour late and took a shower in under four minutes then dressed up in shorts and a white crop top.

I dried my hair just a little bit and tied it up in a messy bun. Even though I looked shitty, I was ready to go. Who said you have to look good for school anyway?

"Hurry the fuck up, Ariana," Cole yelled from downstairs.
If only he knew how real the struggle was in here.

"Language!" I heard mom yell after him.

I rushed downstairs and grabbed an apple on my way out. Cole followed me into the car and I drove off immediately.

The moment I parked the car, Cole made his way out as if knowing where to go. I didn't bother stopping him. He might want to do this on his own.

I made my way in and walked down the hallway. Same old shit; kids gossiping, making out and others just walked.

I opened my empty locker and stuffed my books inside.

"Aria!" Amanda screamed, rushing towards me. She seemed really excited. Behind her was Tina, who seemed uninterested in everything around her.

Classic Tina. She's a moody girl but also really fun. I really love her company even though her temper scares me sometimes.

Tina is a slim blonde girl with curves in all the right places. Her skin is flawless. It has got that glow and perfection. The same applies to her face. The girl looked good without even trying to. She was just beautiful.

Amanda, on the other hand, tried so hard to get everyone's approval. She always loved to look good. The only thing I don't like it when she tries to smear makeup all over my face.

"Hey girls." I smiled at them. Amanda smiled back but Tina didn't at all look okay, "you okay, Tina?" I asked.

"Yeah. I'm good," she said.

"Are you sure?" I asked and she nodded in response.

"How was Miami?" Amanda asked.

"It was really good. I loved it there. I kinda didn't wanna come back."

"I can't believe we weren't there for your birthday," Amanda said, pouting.

"Don't worry about it. We can make up for it some time." I said.

"Hey Aria," Leo. It's him.

I missed him so much. I turned around and met his beautiful eyes, a goofy smile on my face.

His hair looked different and I liked it. It was darker than before, cut short from the sides, and kind of spiky. God, I love spiky!

We texted in freshman year and I didn't know we went to the same school before.

I've crushed on this guy for as long as I can remember. Nobody knew about it because I like to keep such matters private.

I thought he liked me back but I was wrong. I'm nothing more than a friend to him but I'm okay with the situation since I can still be around him.

"Hey there," I said, my smile getting even bigger.

"How've you been?" He asked.

"Not bad. How're you? I really missed you."

"I'm fine," he said, "but kind of mad."

"You weren't picking up any of my calls."

"I picked up," I chuckled, "I mean, I haven't been picking up for the past month. I'm sorry."
Is it just me or am I starting to sound weird?

"Why not?" he questioned.

"I guess we'll never know," I said.

Not picking up his calls did not do anything but make me miss him even more. Who said pushing people away made us forget about them?

The only reason I don't want to have this crush on him is that it stops me from living and thinking realistically.

Right now, I can't help but picture him pin me against this locker and kiss me so hard that I can barely breathe.

"I like talking to you and when you ignore me, it doesn't feel good," he said.

That sounded super romantic.

Oh, Leo.

"I'm sorry, " I said.

"Promise to pick up next time?" he asked.

"I will, " I said.

"Come with me," he held my hand and led me to his locker. I couldn't get the silly smile off my face. The first touch after summer. Fuck, I'm excited.

He opened the locker and got out a beautifully wrapped box with a ribbon on it.

"This is your birthday present," he gave it to me and I stared at it in awe, "open it."

I unwrapped the box and found a cute little necklace inside it. It was just my style! How thoughtful!

"Aww, thanks Leo," I hugged him, feeling his warmth against my body. I wanna stay here forever.

We pulled away and he helped me wear the necklace. His touch on my neck made my knees weak as fuck. I wish his hands could go lower.

The bell rang right then, "all done," Leo said and I turned around, still smiling like a fool.

"This is really pretty," I said.

"Just like you," he said, smiling, "see you after class?"

I nodded in response and with that, he left.

Did he just call me pretty?

This year is gonna be exceptional!

I got to class and took a seat at the back.

A few minutes later, Bryson makes an entrance.

Bryson Roberts.

He's one of the hottest guys in school. Everything about him was breathtaking. From his hair to his face to his body and what he's hiding inside those pants.

The guy is sexy but a good number of girls fear to be with him because he is a player.

They fear but still end up sleeping with him because he's freakin irresistible. Somehow, I have been able to resist him for the past year.

We sat together in four classes last year. He's really funny and flirty. We kinda flirted when we first met but it got weird since friendship was all we had going on. And when I say friendship, I mean we're really close.

"Looks like we're together again." He winked.

"Hey freak," I said, nuzzling his hair up a bit.

Bryson has been playing with my hair for an hour! It was okay at first but it started to piss me off when he removed the scrunchy. Now it was just messed up.

"Can you stop!" I hissed, causing him to laugh.

"I love your hair. It's really long and beautiful," some girls around us were staring.

I glared at them, "What's so interesting here?"I hissed.

They looked away from us. Mr. Anderson glanced at us. He doesn't really care who pays attention in his class. I don't know why but he just doesn't.

Bryce chuckled and I looked at him, confused.

"Why are you laughing?" I asked.

"You scared them off," he said, "that was hot," he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and I gave him a small smile.

"Let's take notes. Do something good on day one." I said.

"Nah. I'm kinda lazy. Wanna help me out?"

"I wish you could help me out," I scoffed.

The class went on a little longer and by the time it was done, my hair got even messier. Bryson didn't leave it for a single second.

"You really got hotter," Bryson said as we walked out of class.

Hearing him say that kind of made me blush.

"You too," I said.

"I'm serious. Like real hot. So damn sexy and that ass is just_" I stopped him mid-sentence by laughing. It was starting to get awkward.

"Shut up," I walked away from him.

I made it to my locker and got my books for the next class.

It's finally lunchtime! I sat with Leo and Cole who were talking about stuff that I was not even listening to. I was on my phone texting, Bryson. He was so mad.

Bryson: she teased me and left without giving me anything!

Me: You'll be fine.

Bryson: come satisfy me.

I laughed on reading that text and Cole gave me a weird look as if calling me crazy without actually saying it.

Me: I'm on my way. Where are you exactly?

Bryson: you'll find me outside ;)

I was not seriously going outside for him to fuck me. I just wanted to make fun of his situation. It's really funny when he's sexually frustrated.

I walked out of the cafeteria and came across Tina who was talking to some girl. I waved at her and she gave me a small smile in return.

When I got outside, Bryson was making out with some girl. Honestly, I didn't know most of the girls he hooked up with. I think that's what he likes, hooking up with chicks that are super low-key so when he's being hunted down, no one would know.

"Hey, get off my man," I said as I stood next to Bryson. It was just a joke.

"Hey babe," he played along.

"I didn't know you guys were together," she gasped.

"We're keeping things on the low. You don't have to mention this to anyone." I smiled at her and she walked away.

I turned to face Bryson who had a smile on his face, "so, I'm your man now?"

"No, silly! That was just a joke. I thought you said she left."

"That was another girl."

"Why do you have to have sex at school? Can't you wait to get home?"

"I don't have sex at school," he said, "the girls turn me on so, I invite them for sex after school. Not on my bed though."

"You're an asshole," I said.

"Your tits got bigger," he smirked, looking down at my chest.

"What the fuck?!" I scoffed.

"I'm just telling you the truth. I like what I'm seeing," he said, this time checking me out, "you're sexy."

"Let's get in. It's not cool to flirt with your sister."

"My sister?" he laughed.

"I'm not even flirting." He laughed, "if I started flirting, I'd be in your pants by now."

"You might be right," I said just to flatter him.

"Were you about to lead me to the janitor's closet to actually suck my dick?"

"No! I was gonna take you to eat lunch with me."

"When you say lunch, you mean your pu_"

"Shut up Bryson. Just shut up," I said before he could finish his sentence.

We went back to the cafeteria and he spent most of his time staring at girls' butts with his best friend Ethan. The number of girls they've fucked is more than our ages combined together. Leo, on the other hand, was quiet which is strange if you ask me. It's so unlike him to keep quiet around me or Bryson.

"Leo, what's up? You're so quiet." I said.

"I'm thinking," he says.

"What about?"

"Words for a song."

He went on talking but I didn't pay attention to anything he was saying. I kept staring at his lips and wishing they'd connect with mine right then. He's so hot. I just wish he could stare at me so we could get lost in each other's eyes.

"Ari, why are you staring at my boy like he's some piece of meat," Bryson laughed.

"I'm leaving. Amanda just texted me." I got up and Bryson chuckled.

"Nice ass," he said and I rolled my eyes.

School wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. I kinda had fun.

Right now, I'm in the living room with Cole and Amanda who seemed to be flirting.

She is interested in my brother which is fucking weird if you ask me. I don't like the idea of my brother dating any of my friends. They're horny and it's all about the sex. I don't want my brother getting hurt. He's too sensitive.

"Does little Cole here have a girlfriend," Amanda said seductively as she ran a finger down my brother's chest.

"No. I don't have one. Do you wanna be?" he said.

"No! You guys are not dating! Amanda, go home. I don't want you flirting with my brother," I said.

"You're no fun Aria." She rolled her eyes, "Come on, I'll help you cook dinner. Let's go."

I can't help but wonder how she knows I was about to cook dinner. It kinda creeps me out when someone reads my mind.

"What do you wanna cook?"

"I guess I'll just make some pasta."

Cole got into the kitchen while we were cooking and gave me my phone.

"Why?" I asked.

"You got a text." He smirked.

The first person that got on my mind at that moment was Leo. I closed my eyes and prayed hard that it was him finally asking me out.

I did that every time got an unexpected text.

Bryson: We all know you have a crush on Leo. Stop trying to hide it.
