Depression affects many, many people. It doesn’t discriminate, it doesn’t care who you are. It makes you isolate yourself.

There is no shame in seeking help, I want to make this clear. If you find yourself relating to any themes discussed within TFTPG then please tell someone and seek help. No matter how small.
