Chapter 11

My body’s flopped ontop of Tyler after having mind blowing sex with him for the first time. So mind blowing, I could still feel myself tremble against him.

“As comfortable as I am right now, we have to get ready for our work dinner.

“There was a reason I was in my towel, you know?”

I rested my chin against his chest, gazed into his eyes and I could feel myself move with his heavy breaths.

“You got a bit distracted on your way to the shower, did you?”

I couldn’t help but smile. “Was I that loud or are the walls that thin?”

“Oh, you were loud.”

I tilted my head to hear the soft lullaby of his heart. “Why’d you knock on my door?”

“After the way you were moaning how could I not?”

“I guess I was your distraction too.”

“You were definitely a good distraction, but I’m hoping next time I can watch you instead of sitting on the sidelines in another room.”

My smile got wider, and my heart fluttered against my breast. “Next time, huh?”

“You want this to be a one-time thing?”

I definitely did not, but I knew that Tyler wasn’t the relationship type. So, what would make this thing between us different?

“No, do you?”

Instead of answering me, he grabbed a hold of my waist and flipped me on my back, and without another word, he pressed his lips onto mine. “Now how about I join you in that shower?”

Tyler and I were seated next to each other at our work dinner. I’d met Dot and Rick previously, but it was Tyler’s first time.

“Tyler, how are you liking working for the company?” Dot asked.

“Enjoying it quite a bit so far,” Tyler responded, just before taking the last sip of his water.

“It’s good to see you, Summer. I’m so glad you came here instead of Cassidy.”

I chuckled. “Believe me, I’m glad too.”

My attention shifted to Tyler who turned to me and gave me a warm smile.

While our table continued to chat away, I suddenly had an idea. I licked my lips and winked at Tyler before I placed my hand on his thigh causing him to flinch. With the table covering us both, I knew no one could see what I was about to do.

Slowly, I moved my hand up and down his leg, while taking small sips of my red pinot noir. A smirk played on Tyler’s lips, and I could see his cheeks quickly flush a shade of pink. I moved my hand higher until it finally reached his cock, and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard he already was.

With the background noise, no one could hear me unbuckle Tyler’s belt, or pull down the zipper of his pants. After, I reached beneath his boxers and pulled out his impressive length. Once he was free, I wrapped my hand around his cock, and heard Tyler release a slow breath.

“So, Tyler. What’s it like working with Finlay?” Rick asked.

“Oh, God. It’s so good!”

“I’m sorry,” Rick narrowed his eyes.

“I mean. It’s good working for him.” Tyler cleared his throat.

“He’s always been such a pleasure to deal with,” Dot grinned. “Very professional.”

“Pleasure? Oh, I agree. Lots of pleasure. Unbelieve pleasure.”

I tightened my lips and suppressed the smile that was forming, while at the same time, slowly massaging Tyler’s ever-growing erection.

“He’s definitely one of the good ones,” Rick.said.

“I haven’t worked for him very long, but I can already tell his character,” Tyler added.

Dot and Rick continued to chat while I continued to please Tyler.

Working a little faster, I could feel his cock throb, and I knew he was close to coming. I leaned over and whispered in his ear. “Take your empty glass and hold it under the table. I want you to come inside it.”

Tyler’s mouth gaped open and he nodded before he grabbed the empty glass and discreetly placed it under the table. My body was aching for him again, and the wetness I felt before suddenly flooded between my legs.

My eyes almost closed the moment Tyler grunted his release. “Uh.”

I sucked my bottom lip while he handed me the glass. Giving him a wink, I brought it to my lips and kicked my neck back before I swallowed his cum.

“Shit,” Tyler whispered beneath his breath. “You’re fucking incredible.”

“You know they would have fired both our asses if they saw what you were doing to me.”

“Would have been worth it though, right?” I winked.

The lift bell rang and Tyler and I stepped off and strolled the carpeted hallway to our rooms. Just as I arrived at mine, Tyler grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him. “Hey.”

“When you took that glass and drank it, I swear I wanted to take you right then and there.”

“And I would have let you,” I smiled flirtatiously.

“Who are you, Summer?”

I narrowed my eyes and ran my hands up the length of his arms. “What do you mean?”

“You’re right. There’s still a lot about you that I don’t know.”

“See? I am a sex crazed woman who likes beer, vodka and crispy bacon.”

The moment his tongue coated his lips I wanted to taste it in my mouth.

Tyler stepped forward and pressed me back against the door. “You forgot gorgeous.”

Before Liam and Tyler, it had been a while since anyone had called me that. I could feel my cheeks burning from the inside out to the skin.

“Right. Gorgeous.”

Lifting his hand, he took his thumb and ran it across my lips. “You’re killing me with how sexy you’re being right now.”

I took a deep breath, held his hand and placed his thumb into my mouth, sucking it lightly before taking it back out again, all the while keeping eye contact with Tyler.

Using my card, I swiped open my door and stepped back, giving him a wink before I whispered beneath my breath. “Goodnight, Tyler.”

After shutting the door in his face, I could hear the loud thumps from his knock. “Damnit, Summer. Open up!”

“You forgetting something?”

He lowered his voice but I could still hear him through the door. “I beg you, please.”

I turned the silver handle, smiled at Tyler before I grabbed his shirt, tugged him towards me and slammed the door shut as I pushed him towards it. My lips crashed onto his and I could taste the whiskey on his sweet tongue.

Tyler’s fingers tangled my hair as he wrapped his other arm around me. After marveling in our kiss, I stepped back, tugged at his belt before I unzipped his pants and heard them plop to the floor. Grabbing the waistband of his boxers, I slowly slid them down his leg and fell to my knees with them.

His erection bounced and I took the base of his shaft in my hand and slowly moved my tongue around his tip.

“Fuck,” Tyler growled and kicked his neck back before he grabbed my head with both of his hands and pushed himself further into my mouth. I looked up at Tyler and he caught my gaze while his tongue coated his lips. “So fucking gorgeous.”

When I pulled back, I gasped for air while my saliva strung between my mouth and his shaft.

“Damn, Summer. You feel incredible.”

Desperate for another taste, I firmly placed my lips over his erection and moved my head up and down, sucking every inch he was giving me..“If you don’t stop, I’m gonna come in your mouth.”

“Mmmhm.” My mouth went further down, and I could feel his tip at the back of my throat. I held it there for a moment before I continued my thrusts.

“Oh, God. I’m close.” Tyler’s shaft pulsated into my mouth. “Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Uh. Uh. Oh.”

After swallowing hard, I pulled back and wiped away any remaining wetness on my lips. “Damn. Three times in a few hours. I’m impressed.”

Tyler smiled, held out his hand and helped me to my feet before he crashed his lips onto mine.

It was the second night staying at the hotel with Tyler. We spent the day in the office going through the cost report, and as much as I wanted to do naughty things with him, I had to force myself to stay professional.

I was resting on the couch, mindlessly watching Post Malone’s Circles, when suddenly, a text lit up my phone.

Want to order room service and stay in?

I smiled to myself and quickly sent my reply. Sure. Come by whenever :)

Now okay?

Frantically jumping off the lounge, I went to the bathroom and washed my face before Tyler knocked on my door.

“Hey. You look happy.”

The grin on his face widened. “I’m feeling good today.”

I stepped aside and allowed him to walk into the room before I closed the door. “Could it have anything to do with the events of yesterday?”

And by events, I mean us fucking a few times.

“Possibly,” he winked.

“I’ll grab the room service menu.”

I took the folded menu from the small table at the entrance before Tyler and I sat down next to each other and scanned the items.“Oh, I know what I want for dessert,” I exclaimed. “Chocolate molten lava cake with extra ice cream.”

His cheeks dimpled when he smiled. “Want to share it?”

“Sure. I’ll just make sure to drop your share on the floor first, before putting it back on the plate.”

Tyler chuckled and his eyes lit up. I loved the way he smiled, and the sound of his laugh, but what I loved more was knowing I was the one that brought that side out of him.

“Kinda feels weird being here,” I admitted.

“What do you mean?” Tyler shifted his body and turned to me on the couch.

“I don’t normally go on these work trips.”

“I’m glad you came,” Tyler beamed and silence fell for a moment between us before he asked me something I wasn’t expecting. “So…are you going to tell me what the deal is with you and Cassidy?”

“No one’s told you yet?”

“No. All I know is most of the people in the office aren’t too fond of her.”

“For good reason.”

Tyler bit his lip and scratched the back of his neck. “I never slept with her.”

“You didn’t? You were gone for a while and when you said all the stuff when you came back, I thought you did.”

“I ended up seeing Finlay at the coffee place. Cassidy left not long after she took me there when she realized I wasn’t interested in her. I only said those things because I thought you were judging me.”

“I would never judge you for sleeping around...but...can I ask you a personal question?”

“In all of your one-night stands, did you ever sleep with someone who you knew had either a boyfriend or was married?”

Tyler shook his head assertively. “No. Definitely not.

“Well, Cassidy is different. When she wants someone, she’ll go for them, no matter who might get burnt in the process. She’s broken marriages. She doesn’t feel remorse or guilt.”

“So, what did she do to you?”

With a deep sigh I explained my reasons why I hated Cassidy so much. “She slept with my boyfriend.”

“Oh, fuck,” he gasped. “Are you serious?”

“Mmhm. I mean don’t get me wrong, I was angry at her, but even more furious at him. She knew he was taken but he was the one that cheated on me.”

“I can see why you don’t like her. Another reason why I don’t want relationships.”

My body froze for a moment when the words escaped from his lips. “Ever?”

His mouth gaped open when he realized what he had said. “Summer, I’m sorr-.”

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. I got up to greet room service and paid him a tip before Tyler and I sat back down again, completely ignoring what he just said.

As soon as I took a bite of my grilled chicken, my phone lit up with a text from Liam. Hey. Wondering if you wanted to meet up for that second date?

I chewed the inside of my cheek and placed the phone down on the table before a sigh released from my mouth.

“You okay?”

“Yeah. I’m good. That was just Liam.”

“He wants another date with you?”

The wrinkles on my forehead formed while I tugged at my bottom lip. “He does.”

Liam was sweet, but I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to go out on a second date with him, if there was even a slight chance that something could happen between Tyler and I.

As much as I liked Liam, I knew it wouldn’t be fair to lead him on either, especially when I liked Tyler as well.

“You should go on a second date with him.”

I shook my head. “I don’t think I want to.”

“What’s wrong with him?” Tyler’s fork clinked when he placed it down on the plate. “Don’t you like him?”

“Nothing’s wrong with him.”

Which was true. From the short amount of time I spent with Liam, I knew he was different from other guys, and even though I liked him, I didn’t feel the same connection as the one I felt with Tyler.

“Then what’s stopping you from going on another date?”

I looked up at Tyler and narrowed my eyes. “Do you really have to ask me that?”

“I don’t want to stop you from anything, Summer.”

“You’re not,” I hissed.

“Then go on a date with him!”

I pushed my plate away from me as the hunger that had growled in my stomach was now silent. “Why are you trying to force this on me?”

“I’m not. I just don’t want…”

“What don’t you want, Tyler?”

He ran his fingers through his hair and kicked his neck back. “Forget I said anything.”

“You really don’t like talking about these things, do you?”

“I haven’t had to for a very long time.”

We both finished our dinner and sat back down on the couch. Thick silence filled the air before Tyler finally opened his mouth.

“Okay. Why don’t we lay all our cards on the table?”

I shifted in my spot and turned to him. “Do you think you could do that?”

“Yes. I’ve always been up front about what type of guy I am.”

“Okay, fine. What I want to know is how you feel about me?”

He lifted up his shoulders. “I don’t know how I feel yet.”

“Look. I’ll admit that you’re different from the other girls I’ve been with. There is an attraction here, I’ve not felt in a long time. I just don’t know if I want to pursue it.”

“Why wouldn’t you?”

“I don’t know what’s stopping me, but something is.”

“Then why are we even doing this at all?”

“Because I want you.”

“Wait. You want me, but you don’t want to be with me?”

“I do, but…”

“You don’t want to have my babies?”

Tyler’s mouth gaped as wide as his eyes. “What?”

“That’s exactly what it sounds like you think I’m asking from you!” I shifted on the couch before I placed my hands behind Tyler, and straddled his lap.

“Damnit, Summer.”

“Answer me this. Do you like me?”

Tyler swallowed hard. “Yes.”

“Do you like spending time with me?”

“Yes,” he nodded.

“Do we get along?”

“Yeah, we do.”

“Do you still want to see me?”

Tyler paused for a moment before he muttered beneath his breath. “Yes.”

“Do you like fucking me?”

“God, yes!” he shouted.

“Then why are you trying to complicate things? I’m not asking you to marry me, I’m asking you to spend time with me. To get to know me, to allow me to get to know you. And every so often, if you were feeling generous, you could give me some of your….crispy bacon.”

Tyler chuckled but I could see that his mind was busy. After thinking for a minute, he let out a deep breath and placed his hands on my waist. “I don’t want to rush things.”

“I’m not asking you to.”

“If we do this, we go slow.”

“I’m good with that,” I agreed. “Any other rules?”

“No one at work can know, which means we have to resist each other in the office.”

I licked my lips thinking of all the naughty places where Tyler and I could fuck. Suddenly my cheeks turned pink and a dampness settled between my legs. “Hard, but doable.”

“We can’t put any pressure on what we’re doing.”

“Okay. I guess meeting my parents tomorrow is out of the question?” I joked.

Tyler laughed before he continued. “Anything you want to add?”

“Yes. I need you to communicate with me about what you like and what you don’t like. If I do something to piss you off, you need to tell me. Same thing goes if you don’t want to spend time with me anymore. If you want to be with someone else, make sure that you have the decency to break up with me first.”

“That’s fair. And what are you going to do about Liam?”

I sucked my bottom lip. “What do you want me to do about Liam? Do you still want me to go on that second date?”

He shook his head slowly. “No.”

“So…then what?”

“Tell him you’re mine.”
