“Oh? You mean someone better like you?”
Kim’s head spun around and her eyes widened, clearly shocked to see me standing behind her. “I’m sorry-.”
“Save it,” I huffed. “You don’t even know me. You don’t know my relationship with Ty.”
“I already told her it was none of her business, baby.”
“She’s a stripper for fucks sake!”
I rolled my eyes. “What’s your problem with strippers?”
“He deserves better than you.”
“Don’t act like you know him, or what he deserves.”
Tyler stood abruptly. “Fuck off, Kim, and don’t talk that way to my fiancé.”
“I can’t believe you want to marry her.”
“She’s better than any girl I’ve been with. She’s the only girl I want to be with. Take your shit and leave.”
Kim huffed, stood and glared at me before she walked away.
“That was sexy as fuck,” I grinned.
“You’re my girl.” He wrapped his arms around me. “No one talks to you like that.”
The next few days I spent with Tyler, checking out the incredible sights of the island and using the hotel facilities. It was late at night. Our friends were arriving in the morning for the Wedding in a couple of days.
“What time are they coming?”
“They should be here at 8,” I replied. “I can’t wait to squish Char’s cheeks.”
“She’s such a cutie,” Tyler gushed. “Is the dress she’s wearing sorted?”
“Yep. Mine should arrive tomorrow or the next day.”
Tyler grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. “I can’t wait to see you in it.”
“How’s your suit coming along?”
“It will be ready to be picked up in a day or so.”
I licked my lips and purred. “I love the way you look in a suit.”
“Do you now?”
“Uh huh,” I nodded slowly. “Though I prefer you naked.”
“I’m naked right now,” he winked.
“I’m well aware of that,” I chuckled. “We just had sex.”
“Tell that to my hard cock,” he growled.
“I want your mouth around it.”
A deep breath passed my lips. Tyler had a way of instantly making me need him. “Tell me what you want me to do to you, Tyler.”
“I want you to suck it. Suck my hard cock till I cum in your mouth.”
I licked my lips before I ventured beneath the blanket and gave everything Tyler asked for.
“Summer!” Ellie exclaimed, before she pulled me in for a hug.
“Hey, babe! Where is she?”
“What? No hug?” she asked with a sarcastic tone.
“Of course.” I squeezed her tight and pulled away with a grin. “Now where is she.”
“She’s with Adrian.”
My attention shifted to Ellie’s husband who held on tight to his daughter. I strolled over and took her Char from his arms. “Hey, baby girl.”
Adrian smiled. “She missed you.”
“I missed this little cutie too.”
“I was talking about Ellie,” Adrian chuckled.
Char rested her head against my shoulders, and I closed my eyes at the adorable girl, hoping one day I could have my own. “You’re such a sweetheart.” My attention turned to Ellie. “I can’t wait till she wears the dress.”
“Me, too. She’ll look so cute in it.”
Tyler walked up to me. “My turn. I need some cuddles from her.”
I smiled, and eagerly went with my fiancé. It wasn’t hard to gush watching the exchange between them.
“He’s really good with her.”
“My damn ovaries won’t stop smiling.”
“How’s it been over the last few days?” Ellie asked.
“Good,” I replied, Until a certain obsessed girl popped in my head. “Oh, God! I need to tell you about Kim.”
She drew her brows together. “Kim? Who’s Kim?”
I filled in Ellie on the details while Tyler and Adrian hung out. Her mouth gaped open and a loud chuckle escaped when I told her I mentioned I was a stripper to Kim, then her jaw clenched the moment she heard what she said.
“Kim sounds like a jealous bitch.”
“That’s exactly what she is.”
“Keep a look out for her,” Ellie warned. “Someone like that is untrustworthy.”
“I said the same thing to Tyler. I don’t trust her one bit.”
A couple of hours later, Alex arrived. My parents and Tyler’s mom wouldn’t arrive until the afternoon the day before the Wedding. We were all seated down and enjoying our dinner when Alex used the napkin to wipe his lips from the burger sauce. “You guys must be super excited about the Wedding.”
“I can’t wait, Alex.”
“Neither can I,” Tyler added.
“Summer what are you going to do tomorrow? It’s the night before your Wedding.”
“Well, Tyler and I will be in different rooms tomorrow night,” I replied. “It’ll give him a little break from my constant need to do stuff to him.”
Tyler shrugged his shoulders and grinned. “Not complaining here.”
“Enough sex talk please,” Alex sighed. “There’s a baby right here.”
“Alex, you’re old enough to know about sex,” I joked.
“I wasn’t talking about me, smartass!”
After enjoying our dinner, Tyler and I made our way back to our room. “One more night with you before we become husband and wife.”
“I’ve never been so happy, Tyler.”
“You know that’s true for me too.”
DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING
“Has your dress arrived?” Ellie asked.
“Not yet,” I shook my head. “I’m starting to get a little worried.”
“Why don’t you call them?”
After a quick call to the dress shop, the lady on the phone advised that it was already delivered the day before. “Okay, phew.”
“I need to check with reception because they told me it was delivered yesterday.”
Tyler, Adrian, and Alex stayed back with Char, and I headed down to the front desk with Ellie. When I got there, Kim was already on the phone. After a few minutes, she hung the receiver and gave me a faux smile. “How can I help you?”
“Hi, Kim. My dress shop confirmed they delivered my Wedding dress here yesterday.”
“Okay, I’ll check the back room.” She went out the back and came back out five minutes later. “I’m sorry. There’s nothing back there. Are you sure it was delivered?”
“Can you please check again,” Ellie asked.
“I’ll have another look, but like I said, there was nothing there.”
Another quick trip and she returned empty handed. “I’m sorry. When are you getting married again?”
“Tomorrow,” I replied.
“Oh, no,” she pouted, and turned away to help another guest.
My eyes swelled and I turned to Ellie. “What do I do?”
“It’s okay. There’s got to be a dress shop somewhere!”
“You think I can find a dress the day before my wedding?” I asked, without any hint of hope in my question.
“I don’t know if we have a choice, hun.”
“I’ll call the shop first and ask them to e-mail the delivery note for the signature. In the meantime, you can look and see what shops are around.”
“There are two locally we can go to,” Ellie said as she glanced down at her phone.
“They’re sending me a consignment note which has the signature of the person who received the dress.”
I called Tyler and let him know what happened before Ellie and I went to the dress shop.
“Try these on.” Ellie reached out and handed me the two Ivory dresses in her grasp.
I made my way into the change room and Ellie waited outside while I spoke with her. “I can’t help but think that bitch Kim, had something to do with it.”
“What makes you think that?”
“We’ll find out soon.”
After trying on the second dress, I glanced in the mirror and my eyes swelled with tears. “These aren’t right, Ellie. They’re not for me.”
“I’m so sorry, babe.”
Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I bent down and grabbed my cell from inside my bag on the floor. After opening my e-mail, my breath hitched when I saw the photo of the delivery note. Right there, in black and white, the signature belonged to...
