Chapter 50

"It's my club outfit," I replied, looking down at my nearly naked form.

"The fuck it is. Go home and change. Now."

I laughed and pulled my arm from his grip. "That will take too long. I'm already here. What? Don't you like it?" I slid my hands seductively down my body and he watched me the entire time. Fire blazed in his eyes and I knew he definitely liked it.

He ran a hand over his face and blew out a breath. "You're going to get me killed tonight, Taylor." He stepped right up to me and pressed his chest against mine. "Don’t stray from my eyes."

Then he turned and walked back to his friends, pulling me with him.

"Guys, this is Taylor. Taylor, the guys." He waved at them. "And Charlotte," he added, pointing at the beautiful brunette with purple streaks in her hair.

The guys looked me up and down and Charlotte grinned at me.

"Oh, we've heard all about you," one of the guys noted.

I winked and giggled as I slid up next to Damon and ran my hand up his chest. "I'll bet you have."

Damon groaned and gripped my hand, pushing it away from his chest.

"Chill out, Taylor."

I turned my attention to him. "I'm not doing anything." But I knew exactly what I was doing. I wanted him to beg for me by the end of the night. "Come dance with me," I ordered as I grabbed his hand and tried to pull him toward the dancefloor.

"I don't dance, Taylor."

I rolled my eyes and shrugged. "Suit yourself." Then I turned and headed for the dance floor alone.

The music was pounding and I was loving it. I shook my ass and never pulled my gaze from Damon who was watching me like a hawk.

Then I watched Barbie run up to him as he half grinned at her and shook his head. She grabbed his hand and pulled him away from the table and onto the dance floor.

Mother fucker!

He was getting on my last nerve with this hot and cold shit. First, he doesn't seem pleased to see me and then scolds me for my attire, telling me to stay in his sights. He wants me. He doesn't want me. What the fuck?!

Anger ripped through me as I marched from the dance floor and stole Damon's spot at the table. There were several shots in the center and I down two more.

His friends were all glaring at me and Charlotte looked at me with pity.

"He doesn't want her, ya know," she stated.

I turned and looked back onto the dance floor to see Damon and Barbie grinding on each other. Tears filled my eyes as I blinked them away and turned back to the group.

"It doesn't look like that to me," I admitted as I reached for another drink, but one of his buddies blocked my hand.

"Easy there. Damon is fucking twisted over you and I can see you're the same way. Drinking all of those won't make you feel any better."

He was right. I pulled my hand back and took a deep breath. I was the queen of games and if he wanted to play it this way, I'd play right alongside him. Game on, Damon Carmichael.

"Want to dance?" I asked Charlotte and she agreed.

We went back onto the dance floor and I watched Damon turn his attention to us. Her and I danced sexily with one another and I never pulled my eyes from him. I was right here for the taking, but he wasn't budging.

Then I felt strong hands grip my waist as I looked up to find a super hot guy with long hair step up behind me.

"Hey sexy," he purred into my ear as I continued to dance.

This was so fucked up but I knew it was the only way to get Damon's attention. He wasn't listening otherwise.

I grinded on the guy and let his hands roam, feeling the beat of the music while I closed my eyes. I was obviously imagining Damon behind me and when I felt the strangers lips on my neck, I whipped my eyes open and saw one pissed off looking Damon.

He shoved Barbie off of him and stormed in my direction with so much fury I almost panicked.

"Get your goddamn hands off of her!" He growled as he shoved my dance partner away from me.

"Dude, calm the fuck down. We were just dancing!"

"You calm the fuck down! Keep your fucking hands off of my girl!" He screamed before he glared at me. Then he grabbed my arm and roughly pulled me from the dance floor and toward the back hallway.
