“Charlie. Babe,” I breathed out, attempting to grab his wrist as his fingers moved over my pussy.
“I can do it,” he exclaimed, gently rubbing my clit, determination written over his face as he stared at my core with his brows furrowed.
“But I don’t know if I— ah!”
I moaned as he expertly pleasured me, managing to quickly bring me to the brink of orgasming, even though my body was spent.
“Come on, Baby,” he mumbled, using his free hand to work my nipples, giving them both equal attention as he attempted for the sixth time to finally make me squirt.
Yeah, I know.
“Charlie,” I moaned, curling my toes and grabbing the sheets beneath me, a loud gasp escaping my lips as I came. Again.
“Yes!” Charlie fisted the air like he won the lottery when I squirted over his hand, and I covered my eyes with my hand, embarrassed about the mess, but breathlessly chuckling at the same time.
I didn’t see the benefit from squirting, it only created a mess and ruined the bed that I just made with clean sheets, but Charlie thoroughly enjoyed it.
“Told you I could do it,” he bragged, rubbing the palms of his hands over my hips.
“Hmm.” I close my eyes, bathing in the blissful state of my six orgasms. It was a good thing it worked this time, because my body couldn’t handle any more pleasure after all the attention.
“Baby?” Charlie had gotten off the bed, and stood at the end with a pair of low hanging sweats on.
I couldn’t help but sigh as I took in his muscular chest, immediately distracted. Would this feeling ever go away?
“Jordan, focus,” Charlie scolded, snapping his fingers.
I propped up on my elbows, focusing my eyes on his. “Yes, my dear?” I replied sarcastically, and Charlie rolled his eyes.
“Don’t we have a bridal shower to get ready for?”
My eyes widened and my stomach dropped as I frantically searched for my phone.
“Fuck!” I exclaimed when I saw the time, only having an hour left before Ashley would arrive home and we were supposed to scare the crap out of her with her party.
“On the dresser, Baby,” Charlie said, looking at me with his arms crossed as I searched for my underwear.
“What should I wear? Fuck, fuck, fuck!”
Charlie chuckled, annoying the shit out of me, holding up his hands as I scowled at him.
“You brought the black dress right?” Charlie offered, nodding to my bag. “By the way, that’s not really—”
“Yes, it’s a little short and dark, but what else do they expect?”
He shook his head, disappearing into his closet to get dressed himself, as I tried to apply mascara with shaking hands.
“Ouch!” I flinched when I stabbed myself in the eye with the wand, feeling myself tearing up.
“Are you ok?” Charlie shouted from his closet, but I ignored him. Though I loved some morning sex, I felt stupid for not saying no this time. I knew we had to leave early, and Charlie knew, too.
To be honest, at this moment I was rolling my eyes at Ashley for insisting her hot and sexy brother needed to keep Ryan company.
“Jordan?” Charlie walked back into the room, and I blinked rapidly, convinced my eyes were deceiving me as he stood there in his suit, perfectly styled.
I hate him.
“What?” I ran to the bathroom, trying to save my make up and do something with the bird’s nest on my head.
“Please calm down, you’re scaring me,” he whined, and I managed to force out a hum in response.
This was a great start of the day. What more could go wrong?
We arrived fifteen minutes before Ashley was supposed to be home, and Charlie and I agreed that I would go in first, and he would follow five minutes later.
“Finally,” Bailey said when I walked into Ashley’s apartment, smiling at the gold and white decorations. “Thanks for helping me set everything up.”
“Sorry,” I replied softly, feeling really guilty about being late.
“Honestly, I loved doing it. And I had some help.”
She closed the door behind me, gesturing to the group of friends who were preparing drinks and bites in the open kitchen.
As I looked at the guests Ashley had requested we invite, I grinned. Whatever Ashley wants, she gets. Bailey and I did a pretty decent job of keeping the date and location a secret, but Ashley had an idea of what she wanted and how she wanted it, since college.
As my heels clicked against the beautiful hardwood floor, I was reminded of how jealous I was of Ashley’s apartment, especially the view. Because we were higher up, she had the same gorgeous view as Charlie, but with the sun basking the spacious living room in warm light.
We were lucky the weather was a little warm for the middle of October, and we took advantage of that by decorating and setting the balcony up, too.
That, and we needed the extra space for all the people Ashley wanted us to invite.
“I’m just going to...check out the balcony,” I stated, and Bailey nodded.
I let out a breath when I stepped outside, quickly fishing a pack of cigarettes out of my purse, ready to calm my nerves.
Grabbing one, I brought it to my lips and lit the end, inhaling the nicotine that instantly put me more at ease.
I had no idea why I was this nervous. Maybe it was because of the bridal shower, about Ashley’s reaction, or just being with Charlie and his sister in the same room for an entire day.
A little before 1 PM, everyone that was in the house found a hiding spot, and waited until the bride-to-be would walk in.
Charlie had arrived as well, and shot me a cocky smirk as he dragged me behind the couch.
“What are you doing?” I whispered, looking around to see if anyone was looking our way.
“I love annoying you.” Charlie shrugged, leaning with one hand on my leg as we crouched behind the couch.
“Somebody will see.” I hissed, but I didn’t remove his fingers that were creeping under my dress.
Charlie ignored me, staring at the front door over the back of the couch with a grin on his face.
I rolled my bottom lip between my teeth, focusing on the hall, smiling as I heard keys in the lock.
“Surprise!” Everyone yelled in unison, jumping up and out from their hiding places, some throwing white confetti over the bride to be.
Ashley’s hand shot to her chest and a big smile spread over her face as she stopped just past the threshold.
“Oh my god,” she squealed, turning to Ryan, who stepped in behind her. “You knew about this?”
He closed the front door and wrapped an arm around her waist, bringing his lips to hers. “Do you like it?”
“I do. Thank you.”
“I love you,” Ryan added before he pecked her one more time on the lips.
They shared a moment, looking into each other’s eyes, smiling at one another, showing off the love that was evident between the two.
“And thank you, guys!” Ashley turned her attention to us, hugging Bailey before she ran up to me, pulling me against her chest.
We started the first round of drinks as Ashley greeted everyone, bringing around the virgin and liquor-filled cocktails of the guest’s choosing.
Bailey and I had racked our brains on Ashley’s favorite drinks and appetizers, hopefully giving her the bridal shower of her dreams.
Charlie was mainly invited to keep Ryan company, especially when the women engaged in a little game of ′fuck, marry, kill.′
Some of Ashley’s work friends felt the need to stare at me judgmentally, so I readjusted my breasts and flipped my hair over my shoulder, giving them just enough cleavage to gawk at.
I was proud of my tattoos, and gladly showed them off.
“I’ll be right back,” I said an hour later, and stood from the couch, carefully stepping around the legs in my path as I made my way to the bathroom.
I set myself up for a lot of bathroom visits today.
Ashley was by far my best friend, but I was forever on edge in the presence of her stuck-up friends.
“Ah!” I shrieked when I walked out of the restroom, running straight into Charlie.
“If you want people to stay in the dark about us, you need to save your screams for the bedroom, Baby,” he retorted, pushing me against the now closed door.
“Fuck off,” I bit back, grabbing him by his belt and pulling him against me.
Just one kiss couldn’t hurt right?
I kept my ears open as Charlie pressed his lips on mine for a sensual and toe curling kiss, making me forget about the pain in my feet from these damn heels.
“Hmm,” I moaned as he took my bottom lip between his teeth and pulled, before releasing, letting it pop back in place.
“Go to dinner with me tonight,” he offered, licking his lips.
I looked down the hall, trying to ignore the tingle in my stomach as the words left his lips.
Stop this crap, Jordan!
Quickly pecking him on the lips, I tried to go back to the living room, but Charlie stopped me.
“What?” I asked as I looked at his hold on my wrist to his face.
He bent down to bring his lips to my ear, his hot breath fanning over my neck as he spoke. “Take off your panties.”
I frowned but did as he said with a grin, taking off my thong and handing it to him.
“Thank you,” he said, stuffing the piece of lace in his pocket before he gave me a tap on the ass. “Let’s go back.”
I squealed softly at the contact, shooting him a look over my shoulder before I quickly made my way back to the living room, hyper aware of the fact that I wasn’t wearing any underwear anymore.
“Are you ok?” Ashley asked when I sat down next to her on the couch.
“Yes, of course,” I answered, smiling as I adjusted my skirt.
“So, Jordan,” one of the big boobed blondes across from us started, tilting her chin up as she looked at me. “What do you do?”
Ha, bitch. I just got promoted.
“I’m an executive assistant at Cendose Incorporated.” I beamed, proud of my new job.
“I see,” she replied, clearly not satisfied with my answer.
“Yeah, but she deserves so much more,” Ashley piped in before taking a sip from her cosmopolitan. “I wish I was as smart as her.”
I looked at my best friend, tears almost appearing in my eyes.
I love her so much.
We both knew that Ashley was ten times smarter than me—not just book-smart—but I really appreciated her standing up for me.
“Thank you,” I said softly, giving her free hand a little squeeze.
“Anyway,” the blond bitch continued, scrolling through her phone. ”Jamie Dornan, Chris Hemsworth, or...Ryan Reynolds?”
Around 5 PM, the guests headed home, but Bailey, Charlie and I stayed behind to clean up.
An hour later, we took the elevator down and made our way out of the building. Just when we were about to enter the street, I froze.
I had totally forgotten that Charlie and I had arrived together, and that I had no car to walk up to.
“What’s wrong?” Bailey asked, placing a hand on my shoulder.
She stared at me with wide eyes and her brows raised, obviously confused by the way I was acting.
Hell, I was confused too.
“I forgot that I took a cab here. My car’s at the mechanic.”
“Oh, I can bring you—” Bailey started, but Charlie interrupted her.
“I’ll drive you home.”
I shot him a look and he shrugged, fishing his car keys out of his pocket.
“Okay...” Bailey trailed off, looking from Charlie to me, and I felt the blood rush to my cheeks. “Are you ok with that?”
“Hmm.” I nodded, keeping my lips firmly pressed together, my heart almost jumping out of my chest when she narrowed her eyes at me.
“If you’re sure,” she mumbled, now watching Charlie.
“It’ll be fine.”
“Okay, well, I’ll see you later then.”
I exhaled once she got into her car, and waved as she drove off, quickly turning to the man beside me once she was out of sight.
“Yeah, yeah. I know. Shall we get dinner?”
