Chapter 1
"Isabella, it's time to get up for school" my mother says shaking me awake.
"Ok, ok I'm awake," I say as I get out of bed.
"Hey, since it is Halloween you can wear your witch costume. It's only fitting since your actually a witch," she says to me before leaving the room.
Then I get dressed. The costume contains a black tube top shirt that shows my belly button, a black miniskirt, a pair of black heels, and a witches hat. It also contains a broom but that's not allowed at school. Thankfully I can fly without it if I need to. Then I grab my backpack and head downstairs.
Once downstairs I see that my mother is waiting for me by the front door with my lunch in her hand.
"Thanks Mom,"( I say as I take it from her hand and give her a hug.
"You're welcome, sweetie, have a good day at school," she says as I walk through the door.
When I get to the bus stop I see that other kids are wearing costumes too. When the boys see my costume they start gawking at me.
"Haven't you ever seen a girl dress like this on Halloween?" I ask them.
"Yes, but none of them look as pretty as you," they say to me.
"Well thank you for the compliment," I say gratefully.
They smile at me and look at the ground.
Then the bus shows up and we all pile on. The only seat left was next to a boy with a hoodie covering his face. When I sit down next to him he looks up at me and I see that he is the most beautiful boy I have ever seen. He has brown eyes, perfect skin and long brown hair.
The only problem is that he doesn't talk to anyone, I think to myself.
"Hello," he says, surprising me.
"Oh, hello," I say.
"You look very nice in your costume," he says to me, kindly.
"Thank you," I say appalled, "I am just surprised you are talking to me. You don't usually talk to anyone."
"That's true but you seem nice, alot of people are mean to me for no reason," he says to me sadly.
"I'm sorry people are mean to you, thats not right," I say to him.
"It's ok I'm just glad your nice to me cause I was wondering if we could be friends, cause I don't have any,"
"Yeah sure what's your name, I'm Isabella," I tell him.
"My name is Christian," he tells me.
"Nice meeting you Christian, hope we can hangout sometime," I say as the bus stops at the front of the school.
When we get off the bus I turn around to talk to Christian but he is nowhere to be found.
My new friend has disappeared.
