A/N: Hey guys. I'm sorry for the delay. These are hard to write but I'm gonna try to have the last 2 or 3 up soon.
I hope you enjoy this chapter.
And as always, REVIEWS = LOVE!
Santana Lopez stood facing her locker. She was humiliated. It was one thing the glee club knowing she was a lesbian but the whole school was a whole other thing. She didn't want to turn around. She didn't care what they said about her behind her back; it was the fear of what they would say to face that had her frozen in place.
She hadn't opened the door yet, she was just staring at it. She reached up to open it and suddenly a rainbow was floating in front of her face. She was furious. When Santana turned to punch whoever was being a dick, she came face to face with a grinning Finn Hudson.
"What the hell are you doing?" she asked looking into his brown eyes.
"I...can we go somewhere and talk?" Finn asked leaning down to her. She shrugged and followed him to the empty choir room.
"Ok, let's get this over with," Santana said taking a seat in the front row.
"Here," he said handing the mini rainbow to her.
"Is this a Christmas ornament?"
"Look, I know that you're having a hard time with all this gay stuff but I just wanted you to know that I'm here for you," Finn said with an easy smile.
"To do what, huh?" Santana asked. "Are you gonna get my Abuela to love me again? Are you gonna make those douche bags in the hallways stop staring at me?"
"I wish that I could," he said softly. "But I can't make things happen. But Kurt and Blaine were telling me about It Gets Better."
"Ah yes, www.gaysunite.org." Santana said snidely.
"You can joke about it if you want and you can choose not to believe those guys but believe me, Santana," Finn said turning her chair making her looking at him. "It will get better." She was silent. She blinked away the tears that were forming in her eyes. "Listen, your...what'd you call her?"
"Right, your abuela is going to miss out on all the amazing things that are going to happen in your life because she doesn't get it and who cares about those losers in the halls," he said sternly. "You're an amazing person and someday everything will fall into place for you."
"Why are you so sure?" she asked. "Why do you even care?"
"I care because I love you. We're friends and I only want amazing things for you," he answered. "And I'm sure because I'm gonna make sure that you're getting everything you deserve out of life and love. That's what the rainbow represents"
"No listen. This doesn't just say 'hey, I'm gay'. It means so much more than that."
"Explain," Santana said.
"No matter where we are. Whether we're together or not. I'm always gonna be looking out for you," Finn said as he wiped a tear from her face. "So when your life gets hard and stuff sucks just look at this and remember somewhere over the rainbow I'll be there for you."
"Thank you," she said hugging him. "I love you, Frankenteen."
"I love you too, Santana,"he said with a chuckle.
