It's Okay Here
The next morning, Kurt walked downstairs to get some breakfast and was surprised to see Finn and Puckerman in the kitchen. He looked down at his watch to see that he hadn't slept in and raised an eyebrow at the two boys who are usually asleep until noon, especially on a Sunday. "Good morning."
"Morning." Smiled Finn.
"Sup." shrugged Noah.
"Are you guys okay?" Asked Kurt. "It's only 9 am." They just nodded and Kurt rolled his eyes. "So, what are you guys doing today?"
"I'm going to see Rachel." smiled Finn.
"Dude! I thought we were gonna hang out today!" said Noah.
"Sorry Dude, It's one of our anniversaries or something." Finn furrowed his eyebrows slightly as Noah laughed.
"So, what are you going to do, Kurt?" asked Finn.
"You seeing, lover boy?" Puck wriggled his eyebrows and got a smack round the head from Kurt.
"Nope, I'm meeting Mercedes." he stated.
"I might hang out with Blainers." Puck thought out loud and received a raised eyebrow from Kurt and a confused look from Finn. "What?"
"Okay, If your going to hang out with Blaine just make sure you guys don't get into any trouble." warned Kurt.
Aimee woke up in a bedroom she had never seen before, she rubbed her eyes and got out of bed. "Blaine?" she called as she opened the door. She walked out into the hall and heard people talking downstairs. She bit her lip nervously and walked down the stairs. She made her way to the kitchen and walked inside to see Mr Schue sat eating pancakes with Ms Emma.
She slowly walked further into the room and was greeted by a grinning Emma. "Good morning, Aimee."
"Hi." she smiled. "Where am I?"
"Your at our house." smiled Mr Schue as he picked her up and placed her on his lap.
"It's really nice." she grinned. "Where's Blainey?"
"Upstairs, asleep." Laughed Mr Schue.
Aimee nodded. "Okay... But what are we doing here?" she asked innocently.
"Your both staying here for a little while." Smiled Emma.
Aimee's eyes went wide and her smile grew wider. She hugged Mr Schue tightly. "Thank you." she whispered. "I'm going to wake up, Blainey." She shouted excitedly as she jumped down and ran out of the room and up the stairs. She opened the first door to see it was the bathroom and then the next, but it seemed to be Mr Schue and Ms Emma's room. She skipped the next one - as she knew that she came out of that one - and ran to the last one. She burst into the room and jumped onto a sleeping Blaine. "Blaine! Wake up!" she shouted, hitting him with a pillow from his bed.
"Ow, okay!" He groaned. "I'm awake." He smiled as she laid her head on his belly.
"Were staying here for a little while." she sighed happily.
He smiled, running his fingers through her long curly hair. "Is that okay?"
"That's amazing." she smiled. "I think were going to be okay here."
"Blaine, Aimee!" called Will from down the stairs.
They got up off the bed and walked to the top of the stairs. "Yes, Mr Schue?" asked Aimee.
"It's 'Will' outside of school..." he grinned as they both nodded. "... Did you guys want any breakfast? We have 'Lucky Charms'."
"Yes please!" grinned Aimee as she ran down the stairs and jumped into his arms.
"Blaine?" asked Will.
Blaine opened his mouth to say 'no thanks' but Aimee knew exactly what he was going to say and butted in. "It's okay, Blainey." she said softly. "It's okay here." Will glanced from Aimee to Blaine who was just staring at her frowning slightly and eventually nodded and smiled in thanks. Will nodded and told Aimee to go into the kitchen.
He then walked up the stairs and sat down on a step with Blaine. They both sat in silence, trying to figure out what to say. "I never ate breakfast." Blaine started softly. "Well, apart from when Aimee practically made me..."
"It's just they way she said it." stated Will looking over at him with furrowed eyebrows.
"I know." sighed Blaine. "It's like when she first saw Kurt and I, she made a huge speech about love and told me everything our mom had said about it before she became 'ill'." He smiled sadly. "And just then, she came into my... well, the... gues-."
"Your room." smiled Will, gaining a thankful smile in return.
"She told me that she thinks we'll be okay here..." he stated. "... as if she's known all this time about how much I have struggled... and with what we've been through I guess she's been waiting for everything to be okay." He wiped away a couple of tears he didn't even know were there. "For me to be okay."
"You will be, you both will." Promised Will as he hugged him.
"Thanks for breakfast." smiled Blaine.
"Your welcome." chuckled Emma.
Blaine grabbed is phone as it started to ring in his pocket, he looked to see that it was an unknown number. "Hello?"
"Anderson, It's Puck." stated Puck from the other end of the line.
"Oh, hey." Blaine greeted cautiously. "How did you get my number, Puckerman?"
"Kurt." he said simply.
"Okay, whats up?"
"Finn's out with his girlfriend and I'm bored, so do you wanna hang out?"
"Sure." Blaine shrugged.
"Alright, cool." Puck stated. "I'll come round. Where do you live?"
"Well, right now. I'm at Mr Schue's."
"Yep." Blaine said, popping the 'p'.
"Okay, later dude."
"Later." Blaine went upstairs to get ready. He wore his usual black jeans, white shirt and leather jacket. He grabbed some hair gel and decided to use it. He didn't put on as much as he used to but successfully managed to tame his curls without making a hair helmet. He grabbed his glasses and heard a knock at the door. He walked downstairs and told everyone he was going out. He grabbed the door handle and opened the door. "Hey." he smirked.
"Sup." Noah smirked back.
"Come on, lets go." Blaine laughed lightly and walked outside with Puck following close behind.
"Where are we going?"
"Wherever." shrugged Blaine. They eventually went to a skate park - well the skate park as it was the only one in Lima - and sat on the top of the biggest ramp. Blaine looked around the place; there was the basket ball court and the actual park with all the sings and stuff on the other end of the field. He smiled slightly as he saw a couple of kids play in the park.
"So, are you gonna tell me why you were at Mr Schue's?" asked Noah as he lit a cigarette, he had offered one to Blaine but he refused.
"I had a massive argument with my mom, then a fight with a guy she'd just fucked and she kicked Aimee and I out." he shrugged. "Will and Emma took us in." Noah just nodded and took a drag of his cigarette. "What about you anyway?"
Puck looked up at him with a raised eyebrow. "What about me?"
"What's your family like?" he asked as he lent back on the handrail on the top of the ramp.
Puck shrugged and took another drag. "I live with my mom and sister, Sarah, and my dad's just an asshole." he said simply.
"What did he do?" asked Blaine taking a sip of beer Puck had brought.
"He dropped out of high school before graduation, met my mom and then left her to raise us on her own when I was six." Blaine nodded at him and listened as he carried on. "We rarely see him, but I don't care... Last time I saw him he was broke and asked me for $500." He paused to take a swig of his beer. "I gave it too him and now, hopefully, I'll never have to see him again." He took a drag of his cigarette and thought about how to word what he wanted to say. "And that was when I realized that he's the exact opposite of who I want to be."
Blaine nodded in understanding. "Cheers to that." Blaine raised his can and grinned as Puck nodded and tapped his against it. Noah smirked, put out his cigarette and punched him on the arm. Blaine grinned even more and smacked his even harder. They continued hitting each other's arms harder and harder until Blaine rushed him making him slide down the ramp.
"Funny." laughed Noah.
"Emma, did you want anything from the store?" asked Will as he and Aimee put on their coats.
"No thanks." she smiled.
"Okay." Will grinned as he gave her a quick kiss on the lips.
"Aw!" Aimee gushed clapping her hands. Will laughed lightly and took her hand, leading her out onto the street. Once they had gone Emma stood and walked towards the kitchen but stopped dead in her tracks and ran to the downstairs bathroom toilet where she puked - what felt like - her guts out. She got back up and wiped her mouth. She rolled her eyes and sat on the clean floor. She had been like this for the past couple of days but just waved it off. It's only a little sickness. She walked into the kitchen and looked over at the calender her eyes widened as realization came to her. My periods late, sickness. She ran back to the bathroom and grabbed a pregnancy test. She took it out and managed to follow the instructions without freaking out. She put down the toilet seat and sat there staring at the stick for 5 minuets until she finally got the answer. Pregnant.
