[something around 4:00 pm]
"Argh, it's so boring without her!" Natsu was walking down the streets in Magnolia, thinking about nothing but boredom. "I'll check if she's back." He run off to Lucy's apartment.
'Coz Lucy was on a job with Levy. They were stubborn and no one could do anytyhing about it. Well, it was an easy one - only to translate some books written in ancient language.
So there was he now: waiting, inpacient and totally bored.
- Lucy! Luuuuuce! - he jumped through one of the windows. "Still no one." he collapsed on her bed with hands behind his head. Then he turned aside. Then the oder side. "Why it's so hard just to wait?!" he buried his face in the pillow, breathing a small amount of her scent that was still in there. "Lucy..."
After some time he stood up and his eyes captured a pile of paper shits on her desk. Curiosity won above 'keeping personal space' [not that it was his strongest side XD] and he sat on the chair. Leaning his head between his hands he began to read.
It was a hand-written book. Propably hers. A fairytale...
"A princess that runs away from her castle. She meets a boy that was rised by a dragon... Well, he takes her to his friends. They have some adventures, he saves her... What?! Lucy, why have you wrote a book about yourself?"
He was confused but began to read again. Every single page.
Several hours have passed, and he was still reading. He came to the moment when princess confessed to the boy and... it was the end. Nothing.
"Why Lucy? You could just spoke to me." Well, maybe he was making a mistake. But he doesn't care. He found himself a pen and carefully placed it on the paper.
Lucy came into her apartment exhausted. The flyer didn't tell about hanging around ten million ounces heavy bags with books. Or that this special book needs to be read in the moonlight. Well, she was home. Finally. She took a bath and noticed that for once Natsu left her alone. “Good.” she thought “Now I can finish my story in… peace…”
Something was written under the last words of her novel.
It had horrible handwriting and was written almost across the page so she recognized it. It was HIS handwriting.
She came closer and after reading it she covered her mouth with both hands, tears in her eyes.
It was written:
“And the boy said:
- I love you too, my princess.”
