By Cressida

Drama / Adventure

Prologue

I hated pirates.

They were irresponsible criminals that never knew the consequences of their actions and when the situation got tough, they ran away. They took to the seas and leave everything behind including their responsibility.

I changed.

The seasons change throughout a year filled with new beginnings, new problems and new adventures but very few people ever change. Most people stray from their path and continue into the darkness while turning a blind eye to the light and the truth.

I was that person.

Most people don’t believe in destiny or fate and blame situations on mere coincidences. However, life is filled with much more than coincidences and if destiny says one thing, it happens despite everything being filled with hate or war.

brettylee: The narrative is slick yet punchy. Life, Family and Friends I believe is the core message so it’s easy to relate to. It’s surprisingly action packed. The author does a good job at keeping you guessing. Just when you think all is right, whack, the unexpected happens. The dialogue is energetic and ...

Erin Crowley: The concept here is really strong, but the execution is definitely lacking. Tenses, grammar, etc are all off, with at least one or more errors per 'Page' on my phone. The writing style is almost broken- sentences move into each other awkwardly, and are filled with an excess of "filler words", lik...

Jason Phang: The author embarked on a path less taken and focussed on the bombers instead of the fighter pilots that usually were considered the stars of the air force. An amazingly written book highlighting the ups and downs of war, the internal turmoil of a high ranking officer getting himself into the thi...

jessiehs: This was absolutely amazing. I loved how it went back and forth between perspectives. I actually cried at the end I was so happy. This was amazing. I can't even think of another word to describe it. Thank you for writing his.

Alisha Tabassum: The story was so beautiful and I absolutely loved it. The only problem is the grammar and spellings. Other than that, its perfect! I think it deserves a lot more views than it currently has. Honestly, I've never read anything like this before.

Alex Rushmer: Chapter One: Not much is happening in this chapter, but I was absolutely fascinated by the depth of your character development. I love how you just sat there with the reader and explored Eddward. Usually, that sort of thing gets boring very fast, but this was actually really cool! He's so unique ...

Sandra Estrada: I loved every minute of it and I thank my lucky stars that brought me to the story, it's been a whirlwind of emotions, plot twist after plot twist but I never got tired of them. Abby and Kade's story is a hard one to understand but once you're submerged in their story and love, you can't help but...

zoheusher20: What more can I say? The writing style and little details drew me into the book and for the entirety of the story I was Juliet. I felt her turmoil and emotions and every trouble or triumph as they arrived. This story was very different and had quite a few little but unexpected twists that made it...

allisonflin: Without a doubt the most well written story that I have read on this site. Informative, discriptive, well punctuated. Then we have the story itself, which by the way I am waiting on the edge of my seat for part two of, the characters are more than likeable, you feel them and their emotions...
