Romeo and Juliet with a Blinny twist

Act XXXIII

Blaise and Ginny returned to their room. Blaise packed a bag while Ginny watched from the bed.

“What are we going to do?” Ginny asked and Blaise sighed.

“I do not know my love. I’m probably going to have to face my parents and you’ll be married to Harry.” Blaise began and closed his bag. He then stood up and walked over to Ginny who was looking surprised at his words.

“I’m so sorry that I came into your life and ruined things for you, Bella.” He said kneeling in front of her. Ginny shook her head then placed a hand on his cheek.

“If you didn’t come into my life I never would have truly fallen in love with someone and I would have had a boring life with Harry,” Ginny said stroking Blaise’s cheek. He smiled back wearily and leaned into her touch.

Sadly their moment together was to be broken when there was a knock at the door.

“Mr Zabini, it’s time for you to leave.” Professor McGonagall’s voice said. Both Ginny and Blaise looked over to the door with worried looks on their faces. Ginny then took his hand and the engagement ring he gave to her when he asked her to marry him.

“I promised you that I’d be your wife. I won’t let that promise down.” Ginny said and Blaise smiled.

“Tonight, I’ll sneak back into the school. Then I’ll find you and you can pack a bag and we can run away together to get married and live happily ever after.” Blaise said and he kissed their interlocked hands, hers still holding the engagement ring.

“I love you,” Blaise said standing up. Ginny’s eyes followed him as he did and her lips smiled.

“I love you too.” She said and stood up inches from Blaise. He quickly but passionately wrapped his arms around her and kissed her full on the lips. Ginny kissed back running her hands through his hair.

“Mr Zabini!” professor McGonagall said again and Blaise pulled away resentfully from Ginny’s lips. They both sighed and Blaise picked up his bag.

“I’ll see you tonight,” Blaise said quietly looking at Ginny one last time. She nodded and watched Blaise as he left.
