Tatsuya’s POV
It has been three years since our school merged with Cattleya. Three years since we got used to the girls’ presence in our school.
However, it was two years since Fumie Shingyoji mysteriously disappeared without a trace.
Fumie…
She was the top of Cattleya. The one whom they all looked up to. The one who stood up for us whenever we got into trouble. She just understood us.
A month after Fumie’s disappearance, it was Saya who became Cattleya’s top with Sayuri as the second. Despite their reluctance to take the spot, we all knew someone had to take the position.
Bakaleya was never the same.
We still got into fights with the rivaling schools, but the interest in going against the girls’ rules just to tease them was no longer fun.
“It has been two years isn’t it?” Tetsuya asked me.
“Maybe she was just forced to move out of the country that’s why she didn’t tell us.” Maya said as he ate his bento.
“Fumie has been mysterious and unpredictable from the start anyway. We will never know her reasons behind her disappearance unless we see her again.” I said as I stared at my food.
“I still do believe that Fumie’s here.” Saya’s voice was suddenly heard. I looked at her and saw her frowning a bit. “I believe she is. She might’ve just transferred.”
I looked back at my food with a slight frown and said nothing anymore.
