Not Leaving You

Warning: Might trigger suicide (no offense), Jikook feels, etc. Read at your own risk and play a sad song (KPOP or Non-KPOP) while you read this. Hope you enjoy until the end.

*****

Person A is known to have depression, but has never gone so far as to attempt suicide. One night after an alarming 'goodbye' text to Person B, they run to their house to find the door locked. After finally managing to get in (this can be decided by the writer) they eventually find Person A collapsed, only half conscious with an empty bottle of pills in their hand. Person B, not having time to call poison control or 911, tries to get Person A to throw up the pills. What happens next is up to you.

******

Park Jimin has always been the same every day - depressed. Namjoon and the others think that something might be hindering him from dance practices to eating dinner together. Jungkook always listened to what Jimin told him - how's he feeling inside. But one day, everything changed.

                                           Jeon Jungkook

Jungkook, are you there? It's Jimin.

What's up?

Look, I don't think we should talk anymore.

Why not?

You know how badly I've been depressed, how I                                       haven't been eating like I am supposed to or                                                              dancing with the others, right?

Yeah. Why do you ask?

I wanna leave this world and go in the                                                                                                       clouds...

J-Jimin.....no...

                                                                                                    Goodbye.

That was the message that Jimin had sent to the manake before grabbing his pills and taking the whole bottle down with water behind it. As he did that, he fell to the floor half conscious before he could reach his bedroom.

*****

Jungkook looked at the text message, his heart dropped and shattered into pieces. As he turned off his phone, he ran out the door and started to run to Jimin's house. He thought to himself. I don't want him to leave me. Jimin, I am not leaving you. As he arrived to Jimin's house, knowing that he always lock the door, kicks down the door and walks in.

"J-Jimin?" The manake calls his name out softly, looking in the hallways. "Chim Chim?" That was his favorite nickname to call Jimin. He sticks his head to his right and he sees his best friend lying face down on the floor with a empty bottle. "Jimin!" He runs over and shakes him violently.

He didn't respond, drifting in and out of consciousness, his eyes almost lifeless.

"Jimin...." Jungkook takes Jimin into the bathroom, placing him on the floor. "Don't leave me, please....." He sobbed and sticks a toothbrush inside of his throat, hoping he will cough the pills up.

He coughs up the pills, almost choking. He looked very pale.

"Jimin, are you okay?" The manake pats his back, throwing the toothbrush to the side. "Say something....." He cries into his chest.

"J-Jungkook....." Jimin muttered.

"Jimin....." The sobbing manake looks up, his eyes still crying waterfalls.

"I didn't.....want you...to find out that I was....suicidal..."

"Chim Chim..... you almost died...." He sobs and sniffles.

Jimin looked at him, weakly smiling. "Kookie..."

"W-what?"

"Get me to the hospital...." That was the last thing he said before passing out.

"Jimin!" No response.

He picked up Jimin and started to take Jimin to the hospital. It took him 45 minutes to get there. Looking around, he sat Jimin in a chair and ran towards the nurse behind the table. "Excuse me, nurse?"

"Yes. How may I help you?" She asked.

"My friend, he needs help now." Jungkook replied to the nurse before panicking and shaking.

The nurse glanced at Jimin, shock expressed on her face. "Doctor!"

"Yes, nurse?" The doctor walked over to her, having a serious look on her face.

She pointed to Jimin. "He needs help immediately."

"Get him in a room now." The doctor runs over to Jimin, checking his pulse and his heartbeat. "He's alive, but needs to seek care."

"Thank you, doctor." Jungkook wiped his tears away as he sat down in a chair, letting out a sigh of relief. "Please let me know how he is doing and when can I see him."

"I will." The doctor took Jimin into a hospital room and examinated him carefully. Meanwhile in the waiting room, Jungkook stays silent as his phone vibrates. He turns on his phone and gets a text message from J-Hope.

                                           Jung Hoseok

Jungkook, where are you? All of the hyungs,                   myself, and Tae Tae are worried about you.....

I'm at the hospital with Jimin.....

Jimin?! W-What's wrong with him?

I will explain once you and the                                                                 others get here. Be safe on the                                                                                           road, hyung. :)

Thank you, Kookie.

*****

As Namjoon and the others walk into the emergency room, they see Jungkook sitting in the chair, his face showing worry all over.

"Jungkook, you have something to tell us?" Namjoon said, him and the others stand in front of him.

"Y-Yes. I'm afraid that Jimin is....." He started to tear up and choked on his words. Before another word could speak from the manake's mouth, the nurse appeared in front of the boys.

"Are you all here with a Park Jimin?" The nurse asked them, holding a clipboard.

"Yes, we are." Seokjin said, walking towards her. "What is wrong?"

"Is he okay?" Yoongi asked, a frown spread across his face.

"He is alive and doing well. In fact, you all can come see him." The nurse said, smiling and led the group of boys to Jimin's room. "I will leave you all alone." She said, closing the door after the boys enter the room.

"M-Mhm....." Jimin slowly opened his eyes. "Where am I?"

"I took you to the hospital, remember?" Jungkook looked at Jimin before smiling at him.

"Oh...."

"The hyungs and Taehyung are here. Hoseok texted me and got worried about us."

The vocalist looked at the others, a bit upset.

"Jiminie, I was very suspicious about you. What happened?" Jin sat on the bed, looking at the vocalist.

"N-Nothing....I suddenly had fell asleep." He replied.

"I texted Jungkook and asked him what's the matter..." Hoseok looked at Jimin.

"And?"

"He never answered my question."

Jimin nodded. "Good."

"Did the doctor tell you when you are able to get out?" Taehyung asked.

"No."

"We're heading home, so take care." Namjoon smiled as he left with the other except Jungkook.

"Jimin..." Jungkook sits on his bed, touching his hand.

The vocalist looks at him. "Yes?"

"I am not leaving you." He lays next to him, ruffling his hair.

He grins.

Brandy: What a great take on the idea of finding your dream man. The story was very emotional with strong characters. I would recommend this story to any who wants to read a good love story. And yes, Italian food does make everything better.

Angel S. Adames Corraliza: Sensational! As a fan of superheroes, I have to say, you have a real winner of a story so far. I like that you made Allison a Wonder Woman expy, but kept her likable and relate-able in this first chapter. You showed us the Mother while also glancing at the Superhero, which I think is important to...

Books17: This is my first book review.I found the story to be very intriguing. The beginning of the story starts and you are immediately thrown into wanting to know what will happen next, The action, or intrigue is established early, so there isn't the feeling of the story dragging on, or thinking about wh...

Alex Reltin: The way you build the world around the characters is amazing, and the way you get into the character's mind and make us feel for the characters through the entire story. OpheliaJones: This story took a different kind of spin on the "normal girl lives with definitely not normal guy" plot. The plot points of Frey's father, Liam's family, and Frey's view of Liam's world were good to read. She did not fall in love with him in the first couple weeks. Their lives were not smooth in ...

Michael Hogan: If anyone would advise Lindsey Martin-Bower not to mix religion and politics, she would probably tell them to take a hike. This rollicking novella does just that. Deidre L. Swain: I understood where the story was going but the writing skills were lacking a lot. There are some places that had no flow. The plot was good which is what kept me reading the whole story. I think the author shows promise. They just need to tighten up on their skills to really get it going

Lacey Schmidt: The Trouble with Super is that you can't stop reading it. Mr. Barrett's characters are all to easy to relate to even if you don't have a super quirk of your own, and their plight is both heart-rendingly funny and heart-warmingly sad at the same time. It's a bit like Office Space meets the Matri...
