Chapter 35

As her and her dad slowly started to make their way down the aisle, all she could see was Juice. His hands were crossed in front of him and he was smiling as he watched her move towards him. The closer she got, the more excited she felt and she could barely contain her happiness. Juice was the only one she could see in that moment and she couldn't wait to be his once again.

"You ok sweetheart?" her dad whispered to her as they hit the middle point of the aisle. "Couldn't be better daddy," she whispered back, smiling at him, "This is the moment I have been waiting for." "We all have," he replied, glancing over at her, "He was the only one for you and I'm glad to be giving you away to him again." They stopped right before the alter and she turned to face her dad and he turned to her. "I love you daddy," she whispered as a single tear fell down her cheek. "I love you too Peyton," he replied. They smiled at each other and then faced the wedding party and the Reverend.

"Who gives this bride to her groom?" the Reverend asked. "I do," Dave replied as Juice stepped out and reached for Peyton's hand. Dave nodded at Juice with tears in his eyes and smiled at him. "Take good care of my baby girl Juice," Dave said. "I will sir," Juice replied with a nod of his head. Peyton smiled one last time at her dad before she turned to Juice. Her heart was pounding and she wanted to kiss him right then and there, but that was against the rules. "Now if you two would please join hands," the Reverend said, interrupting the moment. Tara quickly stepped away from the alter to hand Sierra to Gemma and then she took Peyton's bouquet from her. Peyton turned back to Juice and mouthed 'I love you'. He grinned and mouthed it back and added 'more than you know'.

"Today is a celebration. A celebration of love, of commitment, of friendship, of family, and of two people who are in it for forever," began the Reverend, "All of us here today have our own love stories. Some are short, others long. Some are yet unwritten, while others are just getting to the good part. There are chapters in all of our stories that are sad or disappointing — and others that are exciting and full of adventure. Juice and Peyton have had their fair share of ups and downs, but exciting and adventurous none the less. And that brings them here. A time to pause, look back, and smile at all the moments that brought them here. And a time to look ahead at all the moments that are still to come." Peyton squeezed Juice's hands and smiled at him in excitement. He smiled back at her and winked. Peyton felt her heart soar and she couldn't possibly feel any happier than she did at that moment.

"Juan Carlos Ortiz, do you take Peyton Marie Berkley to be your lawfully wedded wife?" the Reverend asked, looking at Juice. "I do," Juice replied with a big smile on his face. "Peyton Marie Berkley, do you take Juan Carlos Ortiz to be your lawfully wedded husband?" the Reverend asked, looking over at Peyton with a small smile. "I do," Peyton replied, her voice cracking slightly. Juice squeezed her hands and they smiled at each other.

"Now, Juan and Peyton have written their own vows which they would like to share with all of you," the Reverend replied, "Jax, do you have the ring?" Jax nodded his head and handed the ring over to Juice. Juice took it in his hand and took a deep breath. "I decided not to write anything down because I figured I knew exactly what I wanted to say to you," Juice said as loud as he could without letting his emotions get out of control, "But in this moment, right here in front of everyone, that has proven to be a mistake." Everyone laughed and Peyton smiled up at her gorgeous and loving husband to be. "Peyton, I was an idiot all those years ago," Juice said, "I should have never let you go. We have had the most monumental roller coaster ride in history, but despite the horrible moments, I wouldn't have changed any of it. I have been blessed to get a second chance to prove my love to you for the rest of my life. I get to wake up next to you every day and I get to see your beautiful smile every day. Seeing you when I wake up in the morning is the best part of my day. I also wouldn't change any of it because then I wouldn't have Evander, Darcy, Harry or Ava...the most beautiful children I have ever seen...you are beautiful and you are an amazing mother. I am ready to commit my life to you and give you everything you need. I will be here for you in times of trouble and happiness, in sickness and in health and for as long as we are on this earth together. You have made me the man I have always wanted to be and you and those beautiful children are my everything."

Peyton allowed the tears to fall down her cheeks and she smiled through blurred vision as Juice slowly slid the beautiful wedding band on her finger. Those were the most beautiful vows she had ever heard and she had no idea how she was going to top that. She more than likely wouldn't but she had to give it her best shot.

The Reverend looked over at Tara. "Tara do you have the ring?" Tara stepped out and handed the ring to Peyton and gave her a quick squeeze on the shoulder. Peyton's hands grew sweaty and began to shake as she looked up into his beautiful brown eyes. "Juice, I have hoped and prayed for this moment since the moment you said goodbye," Peyton said quietly, the tears streaming down her face at this point, "Seeing you walk out of Stockton last year and the way you reacted to seeing me gave me hope that one day you would want me back. My life was always incomplete when you weren't in it and now here we are again and I don't think I could possibly be any happier about where our lives are at. You and our beautiful children are the best part of who I am. We have gone through so many wonderful moments and some pretty horrible moments in the last year and you showed me that no matter what, we will always make it through. Juice, I will follow you to the ends of the earth. Through sickness and health, through the happy times and the hard times, you will be my everything forever and always." Peyton slid the titanium wedding band onto his finger and looked up at him. She smiled at him and squeezed his hands as a couple tears leaked from his eyes.

"These two beautiful people have just professed their love and devotion to each other in front of all of you," the Reverend called out excitedly, "Juan, Peyton, I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may now kiss your beautiful bride!" Juice grinned at Peyton before he wrapped his arms around her, dipped her down and pressed his lips against hers. Peyton wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back. Everyone in the crowd cheered and hollered excitedly as the two of them continued to kiss each other lovingly.

After a moment Juice stood Peyton back up and reached for her hand and winked at her. "You're stuck with me now wife," he stated jokingly, "there's no getting rid of me now." "Fine by me husband," she said back, "I guess we're stuck with each other for life." "I don't think that will be a problem," Juice replied with a smirk before he leaned in and kissed her one more time for good measure.

Everyone had worked together to transform the yard at the cabin from the ceremony venue to a beautiful and intimate reception venue while the wedding party was off getting their pictures taken a little while later. The families had done their pictures first and now Gemma, Joyce, Dave, Nero and many others were rushing around to get everything just as the bride wanted it.

They had set up the head table in the far corner right by Bobby's grave site just as Peyton wanted and then they had set up two 8x10 photos of Bobby and Opie on either end of the table. Peyton and the rest of the group had wanted them to be remembered during this time. By the time they were done they had the head table, which seated 8, the kids table, which sat 4 and then 6 six round tables that sat 10 people each. In the middle of all the tables they managed to fit in a fairly decent sized dance floor.

Joyce was busy fussing with all the centre pieces, which were just small bouquets of purple daisies and white roses, when Gemma walked up behind her. "Will you stop fussing over them," she said while she rocked Harry back and forth, "Everything looks absolutely beautiful. Just how Peyton wanted it to be. Joyce she is going to love it!" "You really think so?" Joyce questioned, giving everything one last look. "Absolutely," Gemma responded with a grin, "Now let's get you a drink."

Over the next hour everyone began making their way back to the cabin for the party of the year. Everyone was finding their seats and getting drinks from the makeshift bar where Rat and Happy offered to be the bartenders. And 'big n burley' Quinn offered to man the music booth. Everyone was working together to make it the perfect day for Juice and Peyton.

A short while later Happy picked up the microphone and tapped it. "Ladies and gentlemen, if I can have your attention please!" He said loudly and happily, "Please put your hands together for Mr. and Mrs. Ortiz!" Everyone cheered and stood up while Quinn turned on the music of choice. Peyton and Juice and their wedding party made their way through the crowd and sat down at their places at the table. The moment they all sat down, some wise ass started clinking his glass and in turn everyone followed suit. Juice stood up, looked down at his bride and reached his hand out. Peyton reached for it and he pulled her up into his arms and crashed his lips against hers. Everyone cried out happily and clapped their hands.

Once everyone settled down and sat in their seats Jax stood up. He pulled a bottle of Jack Daniels out from underneath the table and walked to the front of the table. "Now it really isn't an SOA party until someone brings out the Jack," he said loudly as he held up the bottle, "If you look under your tables, you will find two bottles. Please, at this moment only take out the Jack. The other one is for later. Now, not only is Jack the drink of choice for the club, but it is Juicy boy's favorite drink. So I think it's only fitting, as the best man, that I do a speech and toast with this stuff."

He looked over at Juice who was rubbing his hands together in excitement. "Juice, you are an amazing man," Jax said, looking over at his friend and his brother, "There is no one I would rather Peyton be with than you. You have been dealt some pretty shitty hands over the last few years and now brother, this is your time! But hear me when I say this, remember back in the day how you were afraid that Opie and I would kick your ass or worse if you did anything to hurt her?" Juice nodded his head and everyone at the head table laughed. "Opie may not be here to help me out," Jax stated with a joking smile on his face and a little sadness in his eyes, "But I can hold my own and that threat still stands!...But all joking aside, Juice, Peyton, I love you guys with all my heart...all of us here love you with all our hearts and we are so happy to be able to share in this day with you. Peyton, thank you for coming back and turning this man into the man we all knew he could be and wished to be." Peyton wiped the tears from her eyes and smiled at Jax, her best friend, who did the same and wiped a few tears away. Jax poured everyone at the head table a shot of Jack and held his up in the air. "To Juice and Peyton!" Jax cheered before downing the whiskey. Everyone cheered and followed Jax's lead.

A couple minutes later Tara stood up and looked down at Peyton with tears in her eyes. "Everyone, if you could all do me a favor and reach under the tables and grab the second bottle," Tara called out, "We are now going to toast the bride, my best friend in the entire world." Tara pulled out a bottle of Peyton's favorite Tequila and looked down at Peyton and she grinned back.

"Now, if your table can't finish off the bottles of Tequila, just bring them up here to the head table with a straw and I'm sure the beautiful bride will finish it off for you," Tara said jokingly, "I honestly thought this moment would never come for this beautiful woman. She had a major struggle and a long and terrifying road to take in order to make it back to Juice and to all of us. But here she is today and I don't think her smile could get much bigger. Peyton everyone here loves and adores you so much and we are so happy you came back home. I bet you anything that Opie and Bobby... I bet you they are watching from wherever they are and they are celebrating and cheering the two of you on. Besides Juice and Jax and Bobby and Chibs and Tig... Oh and everybody else... Opie adored you and loved you more than you ever knew. You were the little sister he always wished he had. Juice, please take care of this amazing woman beside you and love her and cherish her and those beautiful kids forever and always because there is no one else in this world that will live up to them. I love you my beautiful girl and wish you every happiness in the world." Peyton stood up as the tears streamed down her face and pulled Tara in for a huge hug. "I love you so much," Peyton whispered, "you are amazing and the greatest best friend I could ask for." Tara smiled at her before pouring everyone a shot and held hers up in the air. "To Peyton and Juice!" She exclaimed and everyone cheered and drank.

Peyton was absolutely astonished at how beautiful the day had turned out. She was filled with such emotion and she was so happy to be surrounded by everyone she loved and cared so much about.
