My Lilly Of The Night : Nabu's Love Poem To Layla

By Ælfstangard

Poetry / Romance

Shoshanat Layli : Shir Shel Nabu Bishvil Laylah (Aisha)

Ani roeh et aynaich meleot dimaot gillah.

Translation:

My Lilly Of The Night : Nabu's Poem For Aisha (Layla)

How wonderful it is when you trust your head upon my lap

And your hair flows to my feet like a river of rich wool:

Black and warm.

I feel your heart beat in your throat,

I see your eyes fill with tears of joy,

Your lips burn red like petals of fire

-My Lilly of the Night.

Marijana1: The melancholy present throughout this story has the power to influence and etch into the minds of the readers, to stay there and refuse to leave even after they have finished reading the story. Supercow97: This was a very well written book and I found no grammatical errors while reading. The author's writing style was good and it made me want to keep reading. aoifecollopy22: I loved how the author had the conflict come back later in the story. Also how they passed time without going over anything. That really helped move the story along. This kept my up for a few hours. YOU SHOULD READ THIS
