Chapter 7: 1x15

This episode takes place in 1x15.

*Aria's POV*

I was so nervous, I was about to ask out Ezra on a date. A date I never thought we could have.

I walked into his classroom. I was getting less nervous and more excited.

I stood for a second by the door, he hadn't noticed me yet.

"Hey," I said walking to his desk.

"Miss Montgomery." He said sitting up. Miss Montgomery? He looked toward the seats. I followed his look to see a few people sitting. What were people doing here? It wasn't his turn for detention. I needed to use my back up plan. "What can I do for you?"

"Umm…" I said tuning back to face him, I made sure my entire body was facing him, so no one would see this. "I was wondering if you could look over my reading assignment?" I said handing him my notebook.

"Perhaps this can wait till after the make-up test has been administered?" He said, so that's what was happening. I opened my notebook to the page I wanted as he talked.

"Actually." I siad starting to unzip my jacket. I did it slowly for more effect. "It would be great if you could review it now." I unzipped my jacket all the way to reveal a tie with a note cliped to it saying "Wear me". By the smile he gave, he liked it. "To now if I'm on the right track."

"Okay," He said. And I gave him my notebook to look at.

*Ezra's POV*

I looked at her notebook, and what I saw surprised me.

On the notebook there were the words "Tomorrow Night?" written with a ticket to an art show taped below it.

A date? But, we cant go out anywhere in public? Then I read the thing and it said that it was not in Rosewood.

"What do you think of my work so far?" She asked. Amazing I wanted to say and take her right now and kiss her, but I knew I couldn't, shouldn't. It took a lot of will power not to kiss her. I cleared my throaht, not out of need, but to keep myself contained.

"Looks outstanding." I said as calmly as I could. I closed her notebook and gave it back to her.

"Great," She said taking her notebook back. "Then, I'll turn it in at the end of the day."

"Great," I said, smiling. I couldn't help doing anything but stare at her and smile.

She slowly put her notebook over the tie and gave a slow, sexy wave and left.

I had to put my hanf over my mouth to keep from everyone seeing how much I was smiling. For the rest of the test all I could do was think about what happened, and the date we were actually able to go on, and smile thinking about it.

*Aria's POV*

As I was getting dressed I couldn't figure out what wear, I wanted to look my best on my first date with Ezra. I knew he wouldn't care too much about how I looked, but I did, I wanted to really impress him.

Eventually I choose a tight red dress with a black, cropped, silk jacket with it. Then a black pair of high heels and a black purse to go with it.

*At Ezra's Apartment.*

I rung the buzzer for his apartment, he wasn't answering. Why wasn't he answering? Hw didn't forget or skip did he?

I decided to call him. After a couple of rings he answered.

"Hello," He said over the phone.

"Hey, where are you?" I asked.

"You look good." he said. I know, I was about to say before I realized, how did he know what I looked like? Was he near?

I looked around and noticed a limo, I saw one of the windows rolled down nad in it was Ezra.

Were we taking a limo? I couldn't help but laugh as I walked down the stairs.

"I thought we were taking the train?" I asked and that's what I really thought. That's what we had planned anyway. I mean a limo? How was I supposed to ride in a limo with Ezra, I couldn't even be in a car with him, let alone a limo? Where was I gonna ride? The trunk?

"I know you had your heart set on being coughed on by commuters but…" He said. Then I realized, as long as no one sees me get into a limo with him, it doesn't matter. The people there wont know who we are and the windows are black so you cant see in or out of them.

"So this is what a real date with Ezra Fitz looks like, damn." I said as I walked to the car.

"You can hang up now." He said and I did. The driver came and opened the door for me and I got in.

Once I got in Ezra leaned down and kissed me, as he did he rolled up the window and we took off.

Wow! I was on a actual date with Ezra! I was happy, and I didn't know how it could get any better.

*Later at the date.*

"Sorry, I just needed a breath of air." Ezra said as he held the door open. The date was going really good, the art was amazing, but I really didn't care where we were, as long as I was with him.

"Its cool." I said as we walked down the stairs.

"I cant believe the artist is a no-show."

"Right, if someone through me a party with champagne and crab cakes to celebrate my work, I'd think I'd at least try to stop by." I said as we walked to the side and stopped half way down the steps, but to the side so no one was in our way.

"Yeah, if it were my work I'd come if people put out folding chairs and sweaty cheese."

"Plus I'd be there."

"True," He said. "You disappointed the artist didn't show?"

"No." I said shaking my head. "The only person I cared about seeing was you."

I reached for his hand. He jerked back. Did he not want to? After a second he grabbed my hand and laced his fingers through mine.

"I'm sorry, for second I forgot I was-"

"Not in Rosewood?" I finished. So that was why. Not that he didn't want to, but he forgot he could. "Its ok, me too. When I first saw the limo I thought I was gonna have to ride in the trunk."

He leaned in. He then put his hand under my head and leaned my face to his and we kissed. I loved it, kissing in public, not worrying about people seeing us, not having to be in his apartment to do it.

"Yeah, I could get used to this." I said when we broke away from the kiss. He gave me another quick kiss.

"Ready for more culture?" He asked and we kissed one more time.

"Lead the way." I said and he grab my hand and we went back inside.
