Chapter One
Y/N POV:
I woke up to Da-eun crying. I got out of bed and went to her room to see her looking at the door while crying. I walked over to her and picked her up, bouncing her up and down a bit. I heard footsteps coming into the room. I turned and saw Taehyung walking into the room. He walked over to us and put his left arm around my shoulder.
"Look at the two beautiful ladies in the world." Taehyung said, smiling while looking at Da-eun. I looked over at Taehyung with a tired smile on my face. "Is my little girl hungry?" He asked, looking at Da-eun with a big smile.
"Yes daddy." She said, before giggling. Taehyung chuckled and I handed her to him and he took her downstairs to give her some food. I walked into the bathroom to splash cold water on my face to wake me up faster. After doing so, I looked in the mirror and my hair was all over the place like a tornado just went through it. I quickly brushed it before going downstairs to cook mine and Taehyung's breakfast.
When I walked into the kitchen, I saw Taehyung holding Da-eun while sitting on a stool at the counter island. I smiled at the sight before grabbing the carton of eggs and bread to make me and Taehyung breakfast.
5 minutes later
I finished cooking the food and put it on two plates since Da-eun just ate. I gave Taehyung his food and I sat next to him. We started eating while listening to Da-eun giggle since Taehyung is making faces while he's eating. We soon finished eating so I stood up and grabbed the dishes and took them to the kitchen so I can wash them. While I was washing the dishes, I felt arms wrap around me causing me to jump a little.
"I didn't mean to scare you baby." Taehyung said, putting his head on my shoulder.
"You know I get scared easily Tae." I said, chuckling a little. He chuckled in my ear then pulled away and left the room. I finished washing the dishes and went to the living room to watch TV. Taehyung said that he'll drop Da-eun off at daycare on his way to work. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and I turned to see Taehyung looking handsome in his suit, even though he looks handsome in anything he wears.
"Look at my man with his suit looking handsome." I said, standing up and walking over to him then wrapping my arms around him. He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him.
"I'm only handsome for you baby." He said, kissing my neck. I moved my head a little and he sucked on my neck a little before pulling away. "I wish I can finish this but I have take her to daycare then head to work." He said, kissing me on my lips.
"Mommy, daddy get a room!" Da-eun yelled. We chuckled after pulling away. I walked over to Da-eun and hugged her.
"You be good at daycare sweetie." I said.
"I will mommy." She said, hugging me back. I pulled away and kissed her on the top of her head. She kissed me on my cheek causing a smile to appear on my face. "I love you mommy." She said, before walking over to Taehyung. He picked her up and started walking to the front door.
"I'll see you when I get home baby." Taehyung said, blowing a kiss to me. Once the door closed, I turned around started thinking about what I should do until I have to pick Da-eun up from daycare. I decided I should clean the house, even though that could take awhile depending on how messy it is. I walked to
Da-eun's room to start cleaning there since it's the messiest.
Once I walked into the room, I started cleaning until heard my phone ringing. I walked into mine and Taehyung's shared bedroom and grabbed my phone then answered it.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey baby." Taehyung said. I can sense that he's smirking right now.
"Oh hi Tae."
"I just wanted to call and tell you that your mother just called me."
"She did? What did she want?"
"She said that she's going to be at the house in a couple of hours."
"Why? Not that I don't mind my mom coming."
"She's in town so she figured she should stop by to check on you since well you know."
"Ahh okay, thanks for the heads up Tae."
"You're welcome baby, I have to go I thought I'll call and tell you that."
"Okay I'll see you when you get home."
"Love you baby~" He said.
"Love you too Tae, bye." I said, smiling.
"Bye bye." He said, hanging up.
I put my phone down and went to change out of my pajamas so my mom doesn't think I'm lazy. I grabbed a cute outfit and changed into it.
Once I finished changing, I put my hair in a simple ponytail then put on a natural makeup. I went back downstairs and walked into the living room but before I could sit down, I heard the doorbell. I walked to the door and opened it, revealing my mom with a smile on his.
"Hi mom." I said, hugging her. She hugged me back and came inside.
"How have you been since the last time we talked?" She asked me.
"I've been better, how about you mom? How's dad doing?" I asked, walking into the living room with her and sitting down.
"I've been good but also your father is in the hospital, he doesn't have anything too serious he just had minor heart attack." She told me.
"Why didn't you call and tell me? Me and Taehyung could've went to visit with Da-eun?" I asked, worried.
"Your father said not to bother you knowing how busy you all are with Taehyung being a business owner and you watching over your daughter, which reminds me, where is my sweet granddaughter?" She said.
"Taehyung took her to daycare on his way to work." I told her, putting my right leg under my left leg.
"How's he treating you? Do I have to scold him?" She said, chuckling after. I chuckled before answering her.
"He's treating me fine mom don't worry." I told her, with a smile on my face. She smiled back before reaching into her purse and pulling out a dark velvet box made for a ring.
"Here I want you to have this, it was your grandmothers ring." She said, holding it out to me. I grabbed it and opened to see a beautiful ring with a ruby in between diamonds inside.
"I didn't know grandma had this ring, it's beautiful." I said, looking at it.
"I had to hide it from you because when you were little, you always played with my jewelry and I was scared if you got a hold of this one because I was afraid you were gonna loose it." She told me.
"It's a good thing you did hide it from since I do tend to loose things." I said, closing the box. I hugged her tightly and she hugged me back. "Thank you so much mom, I love you." I said.
"I love you too sweetie, now I better go I got to do a few things." She said, standing up and walking to the door with my following her.
"Thanks for visiting mom, I'll tell Da-eun that you stopped by, she misses you." I told her.
"I miss her too now tell her that I'll call later when she's home and tell Taehyung that I love him." She said, walking out the door.
"I will, drive safely mom." I said, watching her get in the car.
"I will sweetie bye." She said, starting to back up out of the driveway. Once she left, I closed the door and walked back to the living room to watch TV until I had to pick Da-eun up from daycare.
5 hours later
I looked at the time and saw that it was time to pick Da-eun up. I grabbed my phone and purse then walked out the front door, locking it after. I went to my car and got into the drivers seat then started the car after buckling up. I backed out of the driveway and started driving to the daycare.
10 minutes later
I parked my car in the parking lot of the daycare and turned off the engine. I got out then locked the doors afterwards. I saw the kids coming out and then Da-run came out the door. Once she saw me, she smiled before running over to me with a little waddle mixed in with it.
"Mommy!" She yelled, once she got to me. I squared down to her height and she ran into my arms, with me picking her up after.
"How was daycare sweetie?" I asked her, walking to the car.
"It was fun mommy, we had cake." She said, excitedly. She giggled at me before burying her head in my shoulder.
"Really? What kind was it?" I asked, once I arrived beside the car door.
"It was chocwoate." She answered. I chuckled at her pronunciation of chocolate. I opened the back seat door after unlocking the car and put her in her car seat. I buckled her in and shut the door then got in the drivers seat. I started the engine and left the parking lot.
"Sweetie guess who stopped by the house earlier?" I said. She put her hand under her chin while the other was on her stomach, thinking.
"I don't know mommy, who?" She asked.
"Your grandma." I told her. She got happy and started jumping slightly in her car seat. "I want to see grandma mommy." She said. I looked at her through the rear view mirror to see her with a pout on her face.
"She was only able to stay there for a little bit because she had to do a few things." I told her. "But she said that she'll call when we get home." I added.
"Yayyy!" She exclaimed, smiling. I pulled into the driveway and I saw Taehyung's car already here.
"He's home early." I thought to myself.
I shut the engine and got out. I got Da-eun out of her seat and shut the door then walked to the front door. Before I was able to grab the handle, the door flung open and Taehyung came out, showing his box smile.
"My two beautiful ladies are home!" He exclaimed, engulfing both of us in a hug. He then pulled away and looked at Da-eun.
"Daddy!" She yelled. I handed her to him and she gave him a tight hug with him doing the same. "I missed you daddy." She said, pouting at him. He put his hand over his chest, dramatically.
"I missed you too angel." He said, walking into the house with me following. I closed the door and we walked into the living room.
"What are you doing home from early Tae?" I asked him.
"I wanted to spend more time with the two most beautiful girls in the world." He said, smiling at me. I looked at the time and figured I should start making dinner. So, I walked into the kitchen and grabbed what I needed and started cooking.
25 minutes later
When the food was finally finished, I put the food on three plates and served the food. We were eating dinner while watching TV, which was a cartoon called PAW Patrol. She loves this cartoon and to be honest, I'm starting to as well.
10 minutes later
We finished our dinner, so I collected the dishes and went into the kitchen to wash them while Taehyung put Da-eun in her bed since it's her bedtime. When I was washing the last plate, I felt arms wrap around my waist and a head be placed on my shoulder.
"I love you baby." Taehyung said, pecking my neck. I smiled putting the plate in the dish strainer. I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"I love you too Tae." I said, pecking his lips. We pulled away and went upstairs to our bedroom. We changed into our pajamas then plugged up our phones. I laid down and Taehyung turned the light off then got in the bed beside me and put his arm around me, pulling me closer to him. We soon fell asleep.
