To my Beautiful Ray of Sunshine

A poem for my beautiful ray of sunshine:

Dear Maka,

I know that I probably get on your nerves,

But it's for the better and not the worst,

Although I know you're a tough shell to crack,

That annoying Soul boy is going to give me a heart attack!

I just want you to know that Daddy loves you,

And that you don't have to cry if you ever miss me when your gone,

And honey, don't get me wrong; I know that your strong,

Just please be careful AND STAY AWAY FROM THAT KID!

ALRIGHT fine, I trust the both of you, But as for Soul,

As for now I'm with the reaper,

And it's OK if you truly don't like Soul either,

I love you my Maka-Maka have a great time!

After all you are my beautiful ray of sunshine.

Love, Dad.

Jaslyn: I loved reading this so much!! The transformation of Nina's self-esteem was incredible to read, and while I was rooting for Parker halfway through, I was very satisfied when Harrison and Nina finally got everything straight. Alex Rushmer: Although I don't know the story of the Phantom of the Opera, I really enjoyed this story. The writing was very evocative, and it really put a picture of time and setting in my mind. The voice of the story really added to the character development. The idea of the time travelling -- or whatever re...

LesAnne: I've never come across a plot like this, and I like its originality. At first, the title gave me the impression that the story is about friends making bets, but I've been proven wrong. I like the personality of the female main character, how evident her strengths and weaknesses are. She's become ...

MusketeerAdventure: Well - I really enjoyed this very much! The whole idea of a shared haunting really intrigues me. I thought you did a wonderful job; and I really liked the idea of hearing from the first ghost's point of view. It would be interesting to read more about these two - and the ghost-busters that inf...

Ben Gauger: Kudos go to wordworrywill, author of Kings and Things, an otherwise imaginative tale set against the trappings of the royal set, but then again I don't imagine there'd be many authors who invoked the names of Oprah Winfrey, Vladimir Putin, Jeff Bezos, Beyonce and Steven Spielberg, As for the plot...
