"Y/N come on we're going to be late for lunchtime, damm I'm so hungry."

Said my brother Beomgyu pulling me towards the cafeteria I chuckled. "Okay okay chill." I lightly hit his arms.

"It's your fault that your so hungry silly, you didn't even like the dinner mom made yesterday."

Indeed, Beomgyu isn't really a fan of black beans so he didn't eat dinner that's why. As we arrived inside the cafeteria we both buy our own food and find a spot to eat. "Whatever, anyway do you have plans after school or you still have classes?"

Come to think of it maybe I still have classes since I'm on my senior (22 years old) while Beomgyu is at his junior level. "I still have classes Beomgyu sorry," I said finishing my meal.

"It's fine" Beomgyu smiles as he continues eating, I checked my watch and it was 4:55 pm in the afternoon, oh well chemistry classes again.

I stood up from my seat and faced my brother who was still eating his lunch "I'll get going now, get home safe okay?" he then nods his head and bids goodbye to me.

God, I'm getting bored, right now our professor is still discussing the lesson and other kinds of stuff and on the other hand here I am sitting at the top row on the class playing with my pen as I watch other people chat, sleep, or even flirt. Gross, I looked outside the window to see someone running? Eh? isn't that a bloodstain on his shirt? Maybe I'm just seeing things, I look at my phone too see my wallpaper, and yes I'm an Army lol but I'm not like those other girls who are so crazy like literally crazy when they see Bangatan and just cry and faint I aint that kind of person bruh.

I feel like I wanna pee

I raise my right hand up "Sir!" The professor averted his gaze on the board to me "Yes Ms. Choi?"

He looked at me with a blank expression. "May I go to the restroom?" The professor just mouthed an "okay" then I quickly yeet out of my chair and rush out.

*In the hallways*

While I walking around the hallways I just passed by the girl's restroom I didn't really need to pee I just need to get out of my class because I might fall asleep anytime.

the hallways were quiet snd for me it seems scary I don't know why? As I walk past the janitor's room I heard a growl I stop on my tracks and look at the door thinking if I should check what's inside of it or not?

What if it's just another playboy fucking another girl inside a janitor's closet? or something more is in it? out of curiosity, my hand was almost close to its doorknob until it was interrupted by the school bell. Great, it's my next period.

I sighed and just shook the thoughts off my head and continue walking leaving the unknown thing inside the janitor's closet.

But little did Y/N know there's something unhuman is inside it.

I walked to another room which was empty as hell. Where are the students? I plump down on the chair and wait. I started fidgetting my fingers since I've got nothing to do until my phone ring so I look through the screen and it was my mom.

"Hey m--" my words were cut off when I felt that she was panicking through the line.

"Y/n sweetie whatever you do or whatever happens don't come out of the school and get beomgyu with you is that clear?" I was confused about why she was telling me this.

"Wait mom may I know what happen?" I asked calmly as possible.

"You'll find out sooner or later as for now get Beomgyu with you and stick together and when you both our outside run as fast as you can, they mig----"

Mom couldn't continue what she was saying because the line went blank.

I quickly put my phone back inside my pocket and somehow I feel that there's a bad thing going to happen and what did mom mean by "run as fast as you can?" I look through the window to see more people running..they..wai---

My thoughts were cut off when the alarm, not the school bl but let's just say a warning.



Yeah I know its from the purge but yeah the sounds kinda cool yet it gives me the creeps feel?

Just by listening to it, it gives me shivers down to my spine. Why the hell am I sweating and why am I getting nervous all of a sudden? Beomgyu...I should get him.

I quickly rush out of the room seeing everyone panicking? As I run the principal spoke.

"Attention students of the Seoul University please be informed to stay inside the school as long as possible and please do turn off all your devices that might cause a fuss to the whatever human being it is on the outside please avoid making noises and stay quiet be safe everyone!"

Students around me started checking their phones or whatever it is maybe they're checking the news? So I approach a girl and tap her shoulder. "Uh excuse me? may I know what's happening?"

The girl stared at me fear written all over her face yet I was confused. "Y-you d-don't k-know whats h-happening?" I could feel she was scared and I could literally tell that her voice was shaking. I shook my head as a no and so she showed me the news.

"Virus is spreading around Seoul. The dead has awakened and starts eating human flesh etc."

And that's when it hits me. Zombies we're in an apocalypse right now.

Without hesitation, I ran to the other side of the building towards the Junior level hoping that my brother is still there all safe.

Their hallway was crowded as well a lot of them were panicking about the news. As I push past the crowd I shouted "Beomgyu!" I called out his name "Beomgyu where are you!" My body started to be numb. Fuck wheres Beomgyu?

"Y/n!" I turned around to see Beomgyu at the staircase hugging his backpack, I ran towards him with a worried expression. "Thank god you're alright!" I quickly hug him.

"W-what about m-mom?" Beomgyu stutters. "Look we can't stay here longer."

"What?! but the principal s--" I cut his words off

"No beomgyu we can't stay long here those virus or unhuman things might break in any minute." my voice was serious yet scared.

How are we even going to kill those zombies? right ever since we were kids we use to play dead trigger.

I grab his hand "W-were are we going?" He frowns as I pull him up "To the cafeteria"

"What for?" He asked. "Knives to survive."

"Wait what?!" Beomgyu widen his eyes "We got no time lets go."

I pulled him and run-pass through the other students and towards the cafeteria.

"What are we going to do? are we eating?" I smack his head lightly.

"Of course we're getting weapons, now go and find anything that we or you can defend ourselves okay? Also, empty your backpack I'll be packing some foods okay?" Beomgyu just nodded and threw all his school stuff around and led me his backpack as he quickly runs in the kitchen.

Ah, I hope mom's okay. I HOPE SO

I went on the right side where the food section was. Now, what do I get? do they even have other foods here like canned goods?

I just grab anything that caught my eyes. 5 water bottles, one box of banana milk, some chips, granola bar, oh, and some first aid!

"Fuck this is going to be heavy," I said as I zipped the back and Beomgyu came running towards me. "Noona!"

Wow, he called me Noona for the first time cute.

"I found this in somewhat drawers in the storage room and I think this looks uh kinda odd yet cool." He showed me the weapon he found.



"Okay that's enough I'll just hide this small knife in my pocket, and you use this." I hand him the knife that is like a curve shape as for me the knife.

We were now walking towards the exit until we heard screams and shouts mixed with pain. I felt Beomgyu tremble beside as he looked at the figure not far from us, there a zombie sitting on a student eating and ripping off its flesh.

"Y-Y/n w-what the f--- Holy shit! I think it saw us..." he half yelled at me and grips on my shirt tight. I look at the walker then it stood up running too us.

What the hell?! shit I hate these kinds of zombies! The aggressive ones! like the ones in world war z. I thought to myself

And with that, I held my brother's hand secure and tight and ran to the other side of the exit being chase by an aggressive zombie.

"Shit! Shit! Shit!" I mentally cursed myself as we kept running and running. I could still hear the growl of it heck I was scared as hell but we both needed to be out of these places.

As we keep running I suddenly screamed in horror as I saw lifeless bodies being eaten by the walkers and students turning into one of them in any second.

Fuck we really need to escape.

"Beomgyu prepare your knife to incase one of this aggressive w---" I held my breath when I saw two walkers stared in our direction. "..." Beomgyu stayed silent while shaking in fear.

I backed away as the walkers growl in hunger and shout like animals ready to attack and eat its prey. "Y/n...." He mumbles. "Beomgyu listen we need to ran pass through them to get to the corridor where the exit leads so...as I said hold onto your weapon clear?" I felt my voice my whole body was trembling from the fear.

"But I'm scared.." I looked at him tears forming in his eyes. Oh no not now Beomgyu not in the middle of an apocalypse.

"Do you trust your sister?" I asked him

"Y-yes."

"Good. As I count 1-3 we'll both ran as fast as we can okay?" Yep, I took mom's advice.

"1.."
