Remembering The Plan

It had bin a year since Nights family had gotten back together, and since Torchwood 4 had become huge. Night had grown so much and had better control of her powers. The twins had regenerated, and looked slightly different.

Layla had long brown hair that reached her mid back, Cinder had wavier hair. Both there eyes had stayed lavender.

"I have lock on the Daleks. How the hell did we forget about them!" Night snapped looking at the computer. Quickly she was surrounded by the rest of her team.

"I think we have a bigger problem. There's a very strong signal coming from down the block. " Donna said from her computer, looking up and hissing.

"Now that we have covered your problem with Daleks. Why is this signal coming from a cemetery?" Fin asked pointing to the screen.

"Weeping Angels." The Doctor hissed as Night climbed into the van.

"It's not safe!" He yelled as the rest of the team, sighing as he climbed in after them.

"Look. If were going to do this at least listen to me. No one blinks. If it gets bad we are out of there. You can't kill these things." The Doctor rambled as Ianto drove towards the certainty.
"Or we could shoot them with explosions, and then they would die no mater what." Night added smiling at her brother.
"No you cant look at a explosion. Night your putting yourself in danger."
"When don't I! I put myself in danger to find you! I put myself in so much danger to find my lost brother and get protection!" Night snapped glaring at the man.
"Maybe this is what happens when you travel alone." The doctor hissed and Night glared.
"I don't travel alone all that often."
"She doesn't sleep all that much however."Jack added concerned about the girl.
"She'll pass out soon." He added quietly.

Once the group reached the graveyard Night was asleep. It was just about the middle of the night and she had not slept very good the night before. It probably didn't help that she never really slept at all.
"What do you want me to do?" Ianto asked looking at Jack.
"Back to base, thank you for taking the longest way you could." Jack responded and Ianto nodded.

Once the group made it back to the base. Night was lay down in her bed. The Doctor seamed to be about to cry. Once he got back into the main room, he turned to Fin.
"What was that about!" He hissed glaring at the girl.
" Night never talks about it. She wakes up from such bad dreams, and that's when she sleeps to begin with. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go calm her down when she wakes up in about ten seconds." Fin hissed back glaring at the man.

Sadly, Fin was on the point about the timing and the second she walked in, Night shot up throwing a pillow at the wall.
"Shhhh. Night do you want to talk about it?" She asked cradling Night in her arms.
"I can never forgive myself. I nearly got myself killed and he tried to save me. I lost it Fin, I cant ever forget. I cant ever do it. I am messed up." Night whimpered looking over at the girl.
"No your not. Your my best friend, my girl friend." Fin pulled Night in close as they sat on her bed. "I love you Night."
"I love you too Fin." Night whispered and Fin gently pulled her into a laying down position. Covering up the two fell asleep.

NRF: This story captivated me from the very first chapter. And although it tells the same old story of good verses evil, it is also a potent story of love and betrayal between two very different personalities.

snowview03: This is the first book I have read on this app and I loved it! When I read the title I thought about the hunger games, but this novel is so much more. re8622: The Last Exodus quickly grabbed my attention. Almost as soon as I started reading the story, I couldn't put it down. I found that the ideas the author put forth were very thought provoking given the turmoil we have seen gradually rise over the last several years. I felt that I could understand th...

Ginger: I like the idea behind this; the idea and story itself are great, However, I'm finding typos periodically and some of the sentences could be worded a bit more clearly. You might want to 'show' a little more than you 'tell,'

Deleted User: An unusual story, well worth reading. Good conversations, excellent prose, and keeps my interest, maybe because I was there, back in the day. You won't be able to pt this book down.

Maja1111: I particularly loved the vivid dialogues. Also, the atmosphere throughout the story is so specific, with a touch of a mystery. Really enjoyed reading it.

William Elliott Kern: Interesting Story, with Jacob, the second Son of Baron Ironwood to learn his duties, provide his numbers and prepare for marriage to Anna......Along the way, the wise Monk, Francis came to Ironwood, filled the ears of Jacob with hope and positive direction, a gift for Jacob well needed. NancyRichFoster: This second book of the Anmah Series was as awesome as the first story, I disagree with spare runner. The names were ordinary names with different spellings, which I for one loved. I am now going to read the third book in this amazingly awesome story!

aoifecollopy22: I loved how the author had the conflict come back later in the story. Also how they passed time without going over anything. That really helped move the story along. This kept my up for a few hours. YOU SHOULD READ THIS

Jason Phang: I'm pretty new to Inkitt (this is only my 4th book) and I must say I've been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the authors here. Remnants of Chaos is an excellently written book that hooks the reader, and doesn't let go. There are some grammatical and typographical errors, but nothing too se...
