"Appa. You promised that we would go to Busan together." My little sister whined.
"Minnie. Sweetheart. I have work. You know that." My father tried to console her.
"I'll go with you, Min." I intervened.
"I have fun with you and all Yeonjun, but I want to go with Appa." She looked at me.
So much for being wanted.
After a lot of whining and yelling and arguing, she gave up and went to her room, slamming the door to show us how annoyed she was.
"Yeonjun. Take care of your sister OK." My father looked at me.
" Yes, Appa."
"I won't be coming back." He looked at me.
"Wait... What?" I looked at him, confused.
"They are after me. The only way to keep you, your mother, and your sister safe, is by pretending that their plans succeeded and I am dead."
"No. Appa. It will kill her. Minnie will never forgive you." I tried to convince him.
"Yeonjun. All I am telling you to do is take care of your mother and Minnie. Plus take care of a few dealings. That's it."
"Appa, when you told me you were in the mafia, you promised me that I wouldn't get involved. I am not handling your dealings." I looked at him in anger.
"Please Junnie. Do It for your Appa. If our...my mafia becomes weak, it will take them less then days to locate you guys."
"It will take who less than days appa?" I asked him.
"Hombre Peligroso. They are one of the strongest and most dangerous mafia groups in the world."
He turned around to leave, then turned back and looked at me.
"Take care of your sister Junnie. She is too naive and will believe anything."
And that was the last time I saw, or talked to him.
