The deal

South of Syria 3:45 am at the museum

The night watchmen having their lamps on were wandering around the museum in case of robbery but they highly doubt it as for the past year this job became a boring one as the museum is visited only by tourists and those who are interested in hystory and mystery and such stories this museum provides. Because of boredom they had no other chance than to fell asleep even though they are not allowed to. Some of them were wandering sleeply in the hall but trying not to sleep. The hall leads to exhibition room full of antiquaries and old scrolls. Suddenly the hall were filled with gas but nobody of the watchmen noticed it as they felt heavy and fell asleep falling on the ground. After they all were on the ground a dark figure appeared. It was a man and he was dressed in black and had a black mask on. The mask was shielding him from the gas.

"Nice dreams, dudes." he said as he passed through the sleeping watchmen and enetered the exhibition room. If you ask what about he cameras and signals he had them all switched off. The man searched for his aim around the room and found it. He walked up to a table that had an ancient scroll under its glass.

"There you are." he whispered as he took off his mask and smiled seeing his victory. He was a brunet and had a tanned skin and chocolate amber eyes. After enjoying the moment he crefully oicked the glass up and landed it on the ground.

"At last i will find you." He said as he carefully took the scroll in his hands then he put it in his pocket and put the glass back on its place. But before that he got a sheet of paper and put it on the table. As he was about to leave he heard footsteps and someone talking to the other one then the guards got panicked seeing the sleeping men.

"Oh, shit! These are probably the other guards." there was nowhere to hide and he carefully went to the window and got on the roof of the museum. Then he got down adn leaned on the wall sighing in relief.

"That was close." suddenly the signals went on as one of the guards saw that there was a sheet of paper instead of the scroll. "Oh, please, not again!" the brunet saw the amount of the guards doubling and soon the police would be there, So he had to get out of there really quickly and silently. He managed to avoide almost all of the police that arrived there and got to the exit.

"I don't believe they count the protection of the treasures here in this museum on this idiots. But if they hadn't done it, i wouldn't have got what i needed." Suddenly he felt something on his back. As he turned around he saw a policeman holding a revolver. "Oh, Hey! Sometimes i need to control my mouth." Having the brunet under the target they reach the fountain in front of which were the gates. Suddenly the brunet threw the policeman's revolver on the ground and a fight between them began. After throwing punches on each other the brunet leaned doen and knocked the policeman down right onto the foutain. Then the brunet rushed towards the revolver and held it aim the policeman.

"Sorry, dude. Probabaly today's not your day." he said as he was backing slowly but the sirens of the police cars was heard and the brunet was surrounded by the police.

"Raise your hands!" The brunet recognized that voice.

"Diego?"

"I said raise your hands!" the oliceman shouted and shot on the ground near the brunet.

"Woah, ok, ok!" the brunnet let go the revolver and raised his hands. The policeman walked up to him and put the handcuffs on.

"I'll explain later now do what i said."

"There was no need to shoot."

"There was. Now give the scroll."

"What? Never."

"Don't worry, i have a plan." the brunet showed the place of the scroll.

'Now, get in the car."

At the police station

The brunet was sitting in an office waiting for the officer to arrive.

'Diego, at last! Now will you explain e what's going on?"

"Shhh, Brandon! Don't you get it, we don't know each other." Diego had almost grey hair and black eyes. He was 52 years old.

"Sure, i got it! When you shot at me!"

"It was neede or else these guys would suspect something. And you have to thank me for saving you, pal."

Stella's POV

"WHAT?! What does it mean i can't get an interview! If you don't get it, i am a journalist! And my job is to let the people know what is happening i this freaking world!" I yelled at the officer.

"I'm sorry, Miss, but you are not allowed to get interview." the officer said.

"Then why those man journalists got theirs and i can't get mine! Is it because of i am a woman? Do you know that you are braking the international woman right! Woman are equal to man! I won't leave this i will complain to the International court and you will..."

"Please, miss, i get it. Yiu will get your interview but not now." the officer said and left. If i don't get any interview than goodbye job. And this job is so iportant to me. Besides i almost spent all my money just to get here and listen You can't have an interview? Oh, no! I will have my sensation broken the other channels of the worlds. Wandering around and waiting for my interview turn i saw a room in which an officer and a guy were chatting. Due to my curiousity leaned on the door and heard...

"...and i don't get why you left her." the officer said.

"Oh, please, Diego, will you stop talking about that drama? We are here not for it! WE have a mission to complete. Now tell where's the scroll?"

"I took it back to the museum..."

"WHAT?! Do you know how much i worked on getting that sroll? nd you just took it back? I can't believe my ears, Diego!"

"Finished? Now let me finish. There is the copy."

"The copy of the scroll that was robbed from the Central museum." i whispered. Well, i think i have a good plot for my job. I looked at my phone that i put on the ground near bottom of the door where was a whole.

"The original is at the hotel in our number. After 30 minutes you will be free and please, go straight to the hotel, ALONE! Not with bitches for a night."

"Diego, that happened months ago and i was drunk..."

"Because of your girlfriend and you needed to ease the pain with a bottle of alcohol and night butterflies."

"Men..."

"You are turning on that teme again, Diego."

"Ok, now i will go then another officer will come after 30 minutes and you will be free."

"wait, what about you?"

"I have some things to do here, or else they will suspect us." I quickly rushed away from the door ad that Diego guy opened it and went. I just need to wait 30 minutes and follow that brunet as a big sensation is waiting for me!

Brandon's POV

I was at the hotel in my and Diego's number working on solving out the symbols that were written on the scroll. Actually it was only a part of the scroll and nobody knows where the otther part is. But perhaps i know. Beisdes it is getting dark and Diego hasn't come back yet. I hope everything is fine with him. Or probably he's just doing this to check me if i will bring another night butterfly and after it he will appear and another lecture will begin. And as i thought of it i heard somebody knocking on my door. Oh, Diego, sometimes you are so overprotective. He's like a father to me but still this is my life. I was expecting to see Diego when i opened the door but instead of him there was standing a beautiful yound girl with long blonde hair, sunkissed skin, and big honey-hazel eyes. She was wearing a short blue dress with silver shimmers around a little under her waist. The dress was perfectly showing her figure and her legs. She had a purse with her.

"Good evening, May i come in?" she said with a heartmelting smile.

"Sure." I stepped away to let her in and closed the door. "So, how can i help you... um.."

"Stella, Stella Frattini. I am here to offer a deal. I want to participate in whatever you are going to find out on that scroll." Wait. what?

"Um... sorry, I didn't get what you said."

"I know that you guys are up to a big deal that contains a big amount of money, celebrity and why not sensation. You robbed that scroll from the Central museum of Syria. And that museum is full of treasures that might cost millions includin the scroll."

"I don't know what you're speaking about." This is not good. How does she know about that all?

"Of course, as you and your old friend Harry play'we don't know each other' dame that is equal 'i don't know about the mission we are here'."

"Who are you? A spy? A secret agent?" She chuckled.

"Worse, a journalist." Oh man. Anything but not a journalist, please.

"Go home, you are wasting your time."

"If you don.t accept the deal then next day everybody will get to know that a brunet outsider and his old friend made complete fool of police and watchmen, broke into the Central museum and replaced the orginal ancient scroll with its copy." I bit my lip.

"Go and try, nobody will believe your empty words. You, journalists, only know how to lie to make your readers want to hear you."She chuckled again and got out her phone.

"Don't you think these thin phones today are really useful. Music. photo, camera and recorder are in one place." She placed her phone on the table and began to play with it.

"Get to the point."

"Your and your friend's today's dialogue is in this phone..."

"Give it!" I tried to get the phone but she was too fast.

"Your friend was right, let me finish my sentence. Your dialogues is not only here. There 10 copies of this dialogue and just imagine what will happen to you and to your firend when the police here get this dialogue. I hope Syrian prison are not filled with violence." She began to smirk. Ok, if i found this girl really pretty now i change my mind. Forget it, she's getting on my nerves! But i have no choice.

"Deal?" she said as she held her hand out. I sighed in defeat and shook her hand but suddenly she pushed me towards the table and gave a pen. Then she got out a paper.

"What's this?"

"I have a bad habit of not trusting people too much as who knows sometimes they even break their promices but they can't break a promice that is written on a paper." She is irritating! I rolled my eyes beofre signing it.

"Good, we are meeting tomorrow at 9:00am and having our journey started!" She said as she took the paper and the phone and stuffed them in her purse.

"Now, I have to go as i don't want you old friend confuse me witha bitch for the night." She said as she opened the door and slammed it. I didn't know to be happy or to be angry.

"Girls..."
