FireFly- The Fire Flower

By Susan Wood

Adventure / Action

The Unreal

Wash, woke up with a massive yawn. All these adventures he been through...They almost seemed unreal.

As he got out of bed , he noticed that something was different. However he didn't know what was giving him such a feeling.

He spaced through his house to the washroom, when he entered the room, the key thing was the mirror in front of him. His own reflection to be precise. He looked way older than usual. He really needs a rest, after all that happened.

He stood there shocked by his reflection, he was always a looker but now he looked like a old sag bag . He even gained some fat.He looked like a very old man. When of course he wasn't.

Out of no where, like a prophecy, little thought popped into his mind. He should go on a vacation to a island, some where there is peace. But the question was...Where ?

He had a little think, and an idea came swinging to his brain. The most peaceful island he knew was Maui in Hawaii.

So this was his final decision. He is taking a break.

He will have a wonderful time.

But Wash didn't know what new adventures might wait for him, adventures as deadly as the universe.

What  will happen on the way ?

Location: Maui- Hawaii

Haiku-Pauwela

The Moana Beach Hotel

Time: 7pm

As Wash stepped in through the hotels doors suddenly a bunch of people 'attacked' him. Well not really, they have placed flower necklace and said their finest greetings.

- Aloha ! My friend, welcome to the Monoa Beach Hotel where dreams come true ! Have a great visit and a fabulous rest. said a very joyful guy in a pink flower t-shirt.

**Another person gave him a flower necklace too

**And another...He had over 4 necklace now, the smelled glorious.

- Thank you my friend. Can I have the key to my hotel room please ? Wash replied with a smile on his face

- Of course ! * he took out a key with a pineapple key-ring* Here you go said the pink t-shirt guy. By the way my name is Anakoni. he added

-Thank you Anakoni, Aloha ! replied Wash as he walked off to his room.

Room 13-Floor 3- Moana Beach Hotel

Wash settled all his belongings onto the ground as he walked through his hotel room door. The room was magnificent: The duvet set on the double bed was light blue with waves printed on ; forever lasting. The curtains were white and representing the view onto Mouna Kea.

It was a beautiful room. Probably the best room Wash ever seen.

Anyway, It was time to go down to the beach.Wash got dressed into a navy green t-shirt. On top of that he placed his flower necklace . He was ready for a little visit.

Wash locked his room door firmly and left the key at the reception. As he left the hotel the sun started to go down. Leaving a warm feeling inside his heard. It was a beautiful sight.

 The Haiku Beach- Surfers Coast

Wash still amazed by the view sat down on the sand watching the sun set. He already felt younger.

Next to him was a group of people, they were singing and dancing. He estimated that they live here.

He didn't realize he was staring for a *little* too long

-Aloha ! said the man with really long hair and a blue plain t-shirt. Are you a new comer ? My name is Cale and this is my wife Turid and this is her son Olsen. Oh, and of course this is Madeline, Olsen's friend. Welcome to Hawaii, would you like to join us ?

-Was was a little startled, he never met such friendly people before.

- Aloha ! I'm Madeline, like Cale said. I just moved here , it's amazing . May I ask for your name ? added Madeline with a smile on her face.

- My name is Hoban Washburne, I just came for some rest here, life can be very stressful sometimes, and I never been on a island like that before so I gave it a shot.

-Great,glad to see new faces here , aren't we Cale ? - replied Turid

- Of course Darling, everyone are welcome here. - replied Cale

-Yes we are, come join us Hoban. added Olsen

So Hoban joined into the dance and singing with Cale, Turid, Olsen and Madeline.

The sang to Over The Rainbow and the others danced to Hula, making Wash join at some point but he was rubbish at it. Finally it gone dark and everyone had to go to their homes. But the Family wanted to meet Wash again soon so they gave him their phone number, it also came out they have a restaurant called Mona-hula Bistro Located a bit further down the beach.

Erin Crowley: The concept here is really strong, but the execution is definitely lacking. Tenses, grammar, etc are all off, with at least one or more errors per 'Page' on my phone. The writing style is almost broken- sentences move into each other awkwardly, and are filled with an excess of "filler words", lik...

JWalker: I loved this story from start to finish! It flows at a really nice pace and the story world feels so real. Hawkebat: Playing both Kotor I & II and Swtor I found the story line interesting and it held me until chapter 35 Very good story and plot flow until then, very few technical errors.
