That's when I realized.

Remember, my dear
You're strong
You're loved
You're beautiful, so beautiful
And you belong here on Earth.

Hogwarts. The big ol' castle where I have spent my time since I can remember. My aunt and uncle have raised me since then but they refuse to tell me who my mother and father are. They are both Hufflepuff so it was disappointing when was sorted into Slytherin. They aren't biologically related to me but took me in when I was two so they are the closest thing I have to a normal family.

So here I am again, about to begin my sixth year at the wizarding school.

I scanned the station for familiar faces, my eyes met beautiful blue eyes, they were unfamiliar so I kept looking. I spotted a certain curly headed girl.

"Hermione!" I shouted to her. She spun around and grinned.

"Victoria! Oh my goodness you've gotten gorgeous since I saw you last!" She engulfed me in a hug.

"I have? Look at you!" I hugged her back. She released me and grabbed onto my hands.

"Have you and Ron gotten together yet?" I asked and she giggled.

"Sadly no, but I plan on saying something to him this year. Have you spoken to Fred yet?" She asked me.

"Huh? Um no, I haven't seen him yet." I was confused as to why she singled Fred out.

"Well go find him and I'll go find Ron." She hugged me again and ran off. I turned and sighed, I wandered around the crowd until I bumped into something hard. I almost fell backwards but something caught my arm. I looked up and saw a tall boy with brown hair and the blue eyes I had just seen, his face seemed to be too perfect.

"I'm so sorry." He said, moving his hand from my arm after steadying me.

"No, I'm sorry. I was distracted." I shook my head and smiled at him. He smiled back and his eyes seemed to get lighter when he looked at me.

"I don't think I've seen you before." He said, still looking at me with a smile.

"I don't think I've seen you before either. I took last year off." I told him, he nodded.

"That makes sense, you missed the Triwizard Tournament then." He reasoned.

"Yes but I heard about it, especially about some Cedric guy who girls have been fawning over ever since." I laughed, so did he.

"What's your name?" He asked with an outstretched arm.

"Oh, I'm Victoria Lindley." I shook his hand.

"I'm Cedric Diggory." He flashed an entertained smile. My jaw dropped.

"Cedric!" A masculine voice called out to him. "It's time to go!" He smiled at me again.

"It was nice to meet you Victoria." He released my hand and walked away, onto the train. I was still speechless. I was such an idiot, I can't believe I said that to him and I can't believe I didn't recognize him.

"Vic!" Someone shouted across the crowded train station. I turned to see who it was.

"George!" I exclaimed, hugging him excitedly. "How have you been?" I asked.

"Oh fantastic! Freddie and I have been stuck at the burrow after mum found out that we have been held back another year for our antics." He said quoting the word antics.

"Wait so does that mean you're in my year now?" I questioned.

"It sure does." A similar voice said as he walked from behind George.

"Freddie!" I exclaimed excitedly. He pushed George out of the way and scooped me up into a hug, lifting me in the air.

"Victor!" He said just as excitedly. He set me down.

"I don't approve of that nickname." I said, scrunching up my nose in disgust.

"Precisely why I insist on calling you by it." He laughed. I shook my head.

"Okay, I think it's time we board. See you later Vic." George said, giving my shoulder a squeeze and walking past me.

"Bye George!" I called back to him. I turned back to Fred and he looked confused.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I'm starting to think you like my brother better than me!" He said jokingly.

"How did you know?" I replied back, in the same manner.

"Oh hush, I better get going now. Bye Vic!" He said, I gave him a half smile. Then he lowered his head and pressed his lips to my cheek. My whole body filled with warmth and my stomach felt like it was doing flip flops as I felt my cheeks heat up.

That's when I realized,

I liked Fred Weasley.
